Description

Large 1800's updated Farmhouse Resort with wrap around decks, 5000 Square Feet on fifteen acres allows for lots of privacy. Walking distance from cliff climbing, hiking trails, close to Hunter Mt Resort for all round fun in the sun only 6 minutes away. Our quaint town, Phoenicia, is a gourmet delight with water rafting, tubing and fishing. There is plenty to do between shopping in Woodstock, gallery hopping, artistic movie theaters, horseback riding, golfing, swimming in rivers and lakes and more...we have six new bedrooms: three queen and three king (or 6 twins or any combination you choose) with two full and two half bathrooms. Linens and towels are included with washer and dryer, too.

Our kitchen professional and filled with every thing you need to prepare delicious meals. All you need is to bring your food. You may cook outside on charcoal or using gas BBQ's, too. Seating inside for thirty guest and outside for even more. Our decks are delightful to rest on all year and enjoy the views from all four directions. We are surrounded by majestic mountains! Our water is from the underground spring, filled with healthy minerals to drink and bathe yourself. Our little stream invites walks up the mountain and down. We have a new lounge with four couches and large 60 in flat screen, wifi, telephone, verizon cell access, piano, and fireplace. The Retro barroom is large and sports a bar with 12 stools and pool table for your enjoyment with plenty of room to party, dine, play games, or just hang out! We are on 15 acres for your enjoyment as well! For inside fun or outside fun, we are the house for you and your group or family!

If ,we are available for you on the dates indicated! The fee is $500 per night , two night minimum, maximum 12 people, We charge $700 per night on some holidays with 3 night minimum. (We do charge additional fee when more than 12 people stay at the house) and there is a cleanup /garbage removal fee of $250. We require a damage deposit check, which we do not cash unless here is a problem with the house after your departure (this has never happened ) of $600 to be held until after departure and house is inspected. There are no other fees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
