The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, a lounge, a bathroom and kitchen, with two magnificent terraces, one facing the sea, where you can have breakfast, lunch, etc. Fully functional and modern. The floor is 180 meters from the beach, has excellent sea views, the river and the mountains. It is completely outside and sunny. It also has features gas central heating for the winter season. From September 15 until May 15, it is charged to 1 euro / m3 diesel consumption for hot water and heating. It will be charged to the output as measured by the counter. The environment The apartment is located 180 meters from the beach Salvé of Laredo, with an area of ​​5 km, and a magnificent ride. It is also very close to the Yacht Club and the riding school. Surf School is located opposite the apartment, on the beach. In the area you will find supermarkets, restaurants, cafes etc. Activities and attractions The house is located in the residential scale, with large gardens, tennis courts and playground for children. Laredo is famous for its long beach, the feast of the Battle of Flowers and Beach, familiar and lively atmosphere. Also from here you can visit other interesting destinations within easy driving distance, such as the golf course Seña - Laredo (10 minutes), Bilbao (Guggenheim 35 minutes Suspension Bridge of Portugalete (Heritage), Santillana del Mar, Santander. (25 minutes), etc. the village is located 25 minutes walk along the Paseo and 8 minutes drive away, as the bus station.
