A Latour Bas Elne 300m from the town of St Cyprien, nice rental of 80 m2 in the Villa of the Owner (Private pool 8 mx 3.50 hour 9h 20h to share with us, air conditioning or heating in the kitchen). The Owner on site will be happy to welcome you and satisfy you, a pet will be welcome. The rental is provided for 5 people, the extra person 50 € the week in July and August, another 25 € period. Ground Floor: Fully equipped kitchen, A 140 bed room with storage, separate toilet, bath with shower, outdoor terrace 25 m2 garden furniture, 2 sun loungers, a private parking space. On the floor: A room 2 beds of 90 with tidying up, a room with bed of 140 with tidying up, a baby bed (umbrella), an outside terrace 18 m2. In July and August the bookings will be made fortnight 04 to 18 July, 18 July 1 August, 1 August 15, 15 29 August. Bed sheets are to be brought by tenants or disposable sheets provided by the owner 6 € per bed (1 of the 2 choices required). Cleaning to be done by the tenant at his departure. 4 km from the beach of St Cyprien 66750, harbor, water games, tennis, pony club, karting a pleasure garden, open air cinema, Numerous Shops nearby an Intermarché, a Casino, 300 m, Perpignan 20 km, Collioure 12 km, Spain 30 km. How do damage deposits work?
