Tastefully decorated, offering comfortable living over 3 floors providing large spacious rooms. Perfect for Families.

The converted barn houses a secure indoor heated plunge/swimming pool and Leisure area . Additional sun room provides a relaxing pause leading off to the Garden and connection from the Barn to the main house. Secured access to a shared courtyard and SE faced private garden with sun-decked areas and a flagged terrace. Ample parking to the exterior of the property courtyard

There is plenty on offer locally whilst you soak up the peace and serenity of the countryside and keep the kids amused.

If you wish to kick back, relax and enjoy the local ambiance there are plenty of local beauty spots, history and sports, including a local bar and restaurant, all within easy reach. The shady cycle track adjacent to the house is perfect for a leisurely stroll and is a great track for joggers. The local lake (22hec) only 5km from the house offers a small beach, water sports and secluded fishing spots, popular with locals and tourists alike.

If you are looking to venture out and discover the coastline, unearth the history or are in need of a shopping trip. Le Quiou is a great base to operate from, with options " to do" in every direction.. “Just Perfect”

Their were 4 adults and 5 children in our party. Lovely spacious home with rustic decor as well as modern touch. All bedrooms fully equipped and the kids loved the toys available in the room. Bathroom on top floor with bath and shower as well as second bathroom on bottom floor. We loved the shower in the pool room it was easy to just get out and straight in the to rince off. Really lovely chill out area in poolroom to watch the kids as well as a night cap to sit and talk on an evening when the children were in bed. Big garden and loved using the bbq! It was nice to have a home cooked meal all together. No WiFi but it was nice to have a break. Beaches were beautiful and really enjoyed the traditional French food from the local restaurant in the village. Supermarket located only a 10 minute drive into evran which was really handy. You have to look up at the sky on a night as the stars were incredibly bright. Thoroughly enjoyed this adventure and will definitely be back again. Thankyou for our stay! X

Me, My husband, two friends and 5 children stayed here at this lovely house! We had a lovely welcoming and leaflets of places to go to hand which we found very useful. So homely and a perfect children environment. The outdoor area is spacious and we had so many barbecues when we wanted a day in. The kitchen was fully equipped and had no problems using any of the facilities. The pool room was the best room for us. The children loved the pool and we could sit aside if we didn’t want to go in. On an evening when the children went to bed, we could chill out in there, have a chat and relax after the a fun day! Bedrooms were lovely and spacious! Owner was so helpful and was always quick to respond. Definitely stay here again

“An excellent location for visiting Brittany and Normandy”

The house was clean, spotless and tidy on arrival and was very quick and easy to settle into. All facilities and amenities were as described on the web page. So there were no surprises. The pool was a little smaller than I had imagined fro the photos but it was still more than adequate and very much enjoyed by the kids in our party. Despite our having a group of 8 the shower was able to deliver hot water throughout our stay and at no time did we feel that any of the facilities were unable to cope. The property is more conveniently located than one might realise on arrival. Although it is situated in a quiet hamlet surrounded by farmland Evran, the nearest small town, is only 5 minutes drive away, the picturesque medieval town of Dinan 15 minutes away and St Malo and Rennes 30 and 45 minutes drive away respectively. We even went as far as the Normandy Beaches one day. They are a couple of hours drive away but the roads are uncluttered and the drive relaxing. It is the first time I have rented a property through Holiday Lettings. Thanks to the informal and welcoming approach of the property owners it was a completely hassle free and thoroughly enjoyable experience.

The holiday home was roomy, clean and located in the ideal place for going on local walks, having a quick drink at the nearby bar or travelling to other locations like Dinard or St Malo. We all loved our holiday here and the children also enjoyed the space outside of the home to play and enjoy the lovely weather.

“Lovely house in a beautiful area”

Had a lovely stay in this house which is full of character. The village is close by and easily reached on foot, car or bike! The cycle track goes for miles. The lakeside beach (about 10 mins in car) is a lovely spot on a sunny day. The surrounding towns make for interesting days out but we just tended to chill out near the house. Well equipped house which has been recently refurbished. Lovely part of France and we would go back.
