Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the ocean, in the Morbihan Nature Park, on the Rhuys Peninsula, in a fishing village, beautiful farmhouse that can accommodate 8 people and 3 young children .. Completely renovated in 2018 on a enclosed land with trees facing south, in the back, a patio will allow you to enjoy the calm. You can have lunch or dinner in peace on the heated terrace, a barbecue, a garden furniture are at your disposal. Ping pong table, games for children, card games. Ideal family or several couples. A first access by a staircase in the kitchen serving 2 rooms, a bathroom with WC and a 2nd access by a staircase in the stay serving a room, room of water, TOILET, 3 beds of 160 x 200, 2 beds of 90 X 200, 3 beds umbrella for young child. All the appliances are available. Back kitchen to cook fish and shellfish. Towels are provided apart from the beach towels. The beds are made. Barbecue available and heating on the terrace.

House rules

The chimney is not in working order. No party or evening. No noise after 23H. Stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. The tourist tax has to be paid on site: 2 € / night / person over 18 years old. A security deposit of 1000 € in cash or by check will be paid upon arrival. This one will be restored at the latest one month after your departure except deterioration or damage. Electricity will be charged extra. Compulsory cleaning fee per stay: 100 €.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send GABRIELLE (the owner) a message.

If GABRIELLE (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
