All units were fully updated 2017. New Carpet , furniture paint, counters! 2BR 2Bath King in the master bedroom with 3/4 bathroom 2 Twins in the second bedroom that can be bridged into a king upon request Queen Murphy in the living area Full Kitchen, Full 2nd bathroom, washer/dryer, all linens provided, full stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, kitchen electrics, Nice patio or Balconey with Natural gas barbecue. 2 pools(seasonal) 3 hottubs, 2 open year round, Short walk to center of town This is a timeshare, All units are furnished the same and Wyndham Assigns the Specific unit at checkin. There are no guarantees for a specific unit, if you are renting this elsewhere and somebody makes that kind of promise, Beware! Your unit is cleaned upon exit for the next guest, not a hotel! no daily Maid service :) You can always wash any linens in your condos washer and dryer o feel free to do a linen exchange for fresh sheets and towels at front desk for no charge. Checkin is 4-5pm, if Room is ready, the resort can let you chekin earlier, But absolutely no guarantee of early checkin, Our Resort is one of the stops for the Octoberfest shuttle

Why can't I call Heidi/Sean (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Heidi/Sean (the owner) a message.

If Heidi/Sean (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
