★ Beachfront Charming Apartment with a Wow view! ★

A short flight from Athens will bring you to the ancient and beautiful island of Crete. Guests at this darling studio apartment for three will enjoy the tranquil and stunning views of the sea just a few steps away from their balcony. Located just 75 km south of Heraklion, on the southern coast of Crete in Greece, this apartment is located in the sleepy, coastal village of Lentas, a wonderful little place.

If you enjoy beautiful Mediterranean beaches amidst an ancient culture and archeological ruins, the location and charm of this apartment are perfect for exploring, enjoying, and relaxing during your Crete holiday.

★ The Space ★

Be prepared to be wowed by the view as well as the charming interiors with its neutral color palette reminiscent of a classic spa hotel room. The studio comfortably accommodates three guests with one double bed and one sofa pull-out bed.

We suspect you will spend little time inside with the views from your private balcony where one direction looks toward the village's beachfront and the other looks out to sea. (The view from the windows will also wow you!) It will be a challenge to pull yourself away from the scenery, but the translucent-blue water of adjacent beach and village life await you.

★ Amenities ★

Everything you need on holiday comes with this apartment including quality linens, soap, shampoo, hangers, and toilet paper. The kitchen comes stocked with utensils and tools if you like to cook; it's well-appointed for holiday travelers. But, why cook when fabulous Cretian cuisine is available minutes away in the village?

There is free parking on the premises. We also include free wireless internet, television, as well as air conditioning and heating.

★ Village Life ★

If you would like to be on Crete, but be away from the hustle and bustle of busy everyday life and hordes of tourists, Lentas is a haven waiting for you to discover it! It is located approximately 29km away from the island's most populated areas. A road from the ancient site of Knossos winds its way south into the beautiful village of Lentas.

White cottages dot the gently-sloping hillside down to the ancient beaches of sand and pebbles bordered on the west by the tiny mountain known as The Lion, now a nature preserve. A 15-minute walk will take to its mountaintop for lovely views.

★ Things to Do ★

Unlike other areas of Crete, Lentas with its southern-facing location falls into the climate zone of North Africa meaning you can expect far more sunny days and higher temperatures than other parts of the island.

A ten-minute walk from Lentas, on the other side of the Lion hill, you will come upon the sandy beaches of Dytikos. There are several small taverns and cafes there as well.

In ancient times Lentas was known as one of the two principal ports of Gortyn, a municipality and archeological site dating back to 7,000 B.C. Today, visitors can tour Gortyn's ruins located less than an hour from Lentas.

The impressive ruins of Knossos, once a city and ancient palace, are a little more than an hour away from Lentas as well but well worth a visit.

How do damage deposits work?
