Large 3-levels (520 m2) villa for rent features 5 bedrooms with panoramic view of the sea, mountains, and resort town of Agia Pelagia, big living room with fireplace and cinema, fully equipped kitchen, Indoor children playground and sport facilities.

Large outdoor area features spacious swimming pool, children playground, sauna barrel, wooden hot Jacuzzi, covered barbeque area, landscaped garden of 48 acres with fishpond and footpaths, parking, and a garage for 2 cars.

Villa accommodates 11 persons (+ 1 baby cot).

Beach and nearest village of Lygaria is located down the road just a few minutes of walk.

It takes you around 15-20 minutes driving to get here from Heraklion International Airport and city centre of Heraklion

Central location as well as easy access to national road makes villa a grate staring point to explore Island of Crete.

We are open all year round! A/C system will keep you cool in the hot summer days, and central heating won`t let you cold in rare rainy winter day.

Amazing Kingdom of Banya on Crete

In the Kingdom of Banya at the Villa Wild Pear, you can relax after a hard working week when you feel the necessity to have a good rest, recover from your weariness, plunge the whole family in a blissful atmosphere, and discover a mystery of complete purification of body and soul without going far from Heraklion (only 20 minutes).

The Kingdom of Banya’s main pillar is a sauna in the form of barrel (max. 6 Pers.). It has been made of heat-treated wood, is rapidly heated to 100 degrees and keeps the temperature for a long time. The sauna has compact dimensions but contains two comfortable benches and an electric stove heater with a time clock.

Coming out of the sauna, you will inevitably go under the shower device – a wooden bucket with water, set above human growth, where you can throw clean cold water over yourself by pulling the chain on the bucket. Without going into the villa, it is also possible to take a warm shower or a bath in the large outdoor swimming-pool.

The Kingdom of Banya’s second pillar is a font (for 4-6 persons) with whirlpool. It offers you panoramic sea views. There is also a ready-made solution - one wooden barrel more with a built-in wood-burning stove which heats water, and you can take a hot bath even in winter.

The Kingdom of Banya’s third pillar is a closed barbecue facility located ten meters from the baths on the lower level of the Villa. It is fitted with a stationary brick oven-grill. In the center of the room is an oval wooden dining table for 6-10 people.

In the gym, fitness enthusiasts will enjoy a treadmill, exercise bike and dumbbells. If you are tired, you can relax in a separate bedroom or on the couch in the gym.

Children will not be bored. A slide, swings and playhouse are available between the pool and the Villa. The gym has a game pad 2x2 meters, children’s furniture, toys and a video library with cartoons.

The Villa has a large garden with no less than 100 different trees, including fruit trees and well-maintained hiking paths. There is a fish pond at the bottom and a playground for recreation. The whole territory is fenced, has an automatic gate and ample parking.

We offer charcoal for barbecue, bath towels and slippers, bath brooms, aromatic oils, and essences.

Come to the Kingdom of banya with family and friends over the weekend.
