Villa Dimelen is a spacious three-bedroom apartment right on the beach of Ligaria in Crete and very close (just 12km) to the ambient city of Heraklion.

The villa offers lovely panoramic sea views,directly in front the molst lovely beach of Lygaria with a big courtyard that includes a BBQ and a swimming pool.Ideal for nature lovers, explorers, families, couples and anyone who wants to give a trip to Crete a new and unexpected spin.

Villa Dimelen is a 100sqm beachfront apartment in front of the beach of Lygaria in Crete.Ideal for families, groups of friends and couples looking for coastal holidays by the sea and ready to explore the marvelous island of Crete.

The house offers three fully equipped bedrooms with lovely panoramic sea views,an open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen with large windows with gorgeous sea views and a big fully equipped dinning table.

Also one bathroom with washing machine is provided and an outdoor shower in the courtyard.

Last but not least,a beautifull big veranda with a dining table and a courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers is provided with barbecue facilities and an outdoor dining area.

In the courtyard you will also find a swimming pool.

You can fire up the BBQ for a tasty meal and enjoy the grounds and the pool during the day for relaxing unforgettable moments DIRECTLY IN FRONT THE SEA !!!

*Swimming pool and the colling+heating system will be available starting from April 2017

Reaching the Villa:

You can access the Villa by taxi from the airport (app. 40€) or by car about 20min. driving.

In case of using a car i will send you the GPS directions in order for you to be easier to find us.

During your stay:

You can acess the whole Villa and also the big terrace (including the toys for the children and the sunbeds) the BBQ and of course the swimming pool.

Everything in front the beautiful sea in the courtyard.

As a host I will try to help you with anything that may occur during your stay.Some of the most coomon things may include:

Renting a car:

In case you want I can book a car or more for you form a cooperative company with better prices delivered at the Airport or at the house.

Just ask me about it.

Renting a boat/yacht:

Also,Special luxury yachts and boats excursions can be booked with a cooperative company leaving from the bay of Lygaria.

Guided tours:

Last but not least,Guided tours can be scheduled for you for Knossos palace, Heraklion center, Heraklion Archaeological Museum and other archaeological places of interest from a special guide.Please inform me before in case you are interested.

For any question my telephon and if needed,personally me,will take care of it.

In the area you will find many tourist shops,taverns with delicious traditional and international food,beach bars and café.

At the beach you can find umbrellas and sunbeds as well as a diving center.

The apartment is just 15 minutes from the ambient city of Heraklion and 20 minutes from its International Airport.

Using the national higway you can reach easily all the major attractions of Crete, Knossos, Museums, Fun Parks, Cretaquarium etc. Also from the nearby national highway you can easily reach the other major cities and locations of Crete, as Rethymno, Chania, Aghios Nikolaos and Elounda.

Pets are allowed inside the house as they act as "a part of the family".

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Dimitrios (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
