Description

The studio is the studio with two doors 35tm..I an entrance door located a balcony overlooking the village and in front of the other door entrance a small space that serves two people and you can enjoy the blue sea the Cretan sea (see photos). .

It has everything you need to make yourself feel at home!

HOSPITALITY

Hospitality in Crete is unique in the world! While my love and my hospitality experience enables me to meet the demands of a high level of hospitality ... All you have to do ... is to choose our space for your holidays !!!

Our aim is to have a pleasant stay, to feel safe, to enjoy the home as if it were yours and at the end of your holidays to have unforgettable memories of your stay near us!

-In the apartment there is a house manual for whatever you need.

-Travel Guide and map with my personal suggestions for remarkable and famous beaches, museums, archaeological sites, gorges, sightseeing that is worth seeing on our wonderful island that we love it for the sun, the sea, the natural environment.

And of course I could not forget my suggestions for the special Cretan diet for which I have suggestions that are amazing and unique with !!!!

-Αavailable in the apartment the program with public transport times and the cost to go not only to Heraklion ... but also to other travel destinations in Crete.

I will also have current proposals for local cultural events in Heraklion.

But we will always be discreet and we will never violate your privacy!

DETAILS OF ARRIVAL

For your convenience, I am ready to arrive at the airport to welcome you and accompany you from Heraklion Airport to your apartment, and at your departure, transfer you from the apartment to the airport or port Heraklion, depending on your time of arrival and departure (9 am-9 pm)!

Alternatively, I can give you the coordinates and come or use a taxi or rent a car. In this case, I will be available to assist you and inform you of rental rates according to the season to find affordable prices.

Before your arrival, I will contact you to arrange all the details of your stay!

Your flight details and phone number will be greatly appreciated if I need to get in touch with you! Also, let us know if you have specific requests!

We will give you all relevant information about the home and the area. It is obvious that I will be at the other end of the line if you need more information or help during your stay.

In front of the house is a square where you can comfortably park your car.

There are 2 big hospitals in Heraklion. The University Hospital (is the largest) is just 9 kilometers from the Apartment.

Also in Agia Pelagia, just 5km from your apartment, there is a Medical Center, doctors and pharmacies.

Βy car! By taxi! Every day there is bus from/return to Iraklion bus station, Agia Pelagia, Ligaria. From Iraklion bus station you can explorer other places at Crete!

FOR YOUR SAFETY There is a box locked outside your apartment, where you have access only. There is a second key to your apartment in case you lose your keys. There is 24-hour contact phone in case of emergency. COOKING My love for the Cretan and Mediterranean diet and my hobby to cook gave me the idea to share the knowledge and enjoyment with my guests. Do not hesitate to ask me ... what can we cook together!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send KALLIOPI (the owner) a message.

If KALLIOPI (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
