Between Heraklion and Agia Pelagia, an enchanting settlement of Theseus, just a few minutes driving from the center of Heraklion, overlooks the majesty of the sea and the tranquility of Cretan land that surrounds it wild but also hospitable together. Combined with outdoor comforts, unobstructed views and its organized interiors, Ariadni Villa invites you to explore the luxury of relaxation, tranquility and hospitality that it offers.A spacious apartment of approximately 80sqm, which comfortably accommodates a family of 4 people, fully equipped with all modern comforts, kitchen, air conditioning, 2 large bedrooms (1 bedroom with private bathroom), bathroom, large open plan area with sofa. Small decoration touches, detailed bathroom and kitchen care, cleanliness, soft and fragrant white linens all contribute to creating a warm and friendly space of hospitality.

Guests have access to all the private areas of the house (rooms, single rooms, veranda, baths) as well as in the common areas of the settlement, such as the tennis court, the Olympic swimming pool and the private beach, free of umbrella and seating as well as the keys to the beach wc for all residents of the settlement. A private carriage is available. There is also a 24-hour security guard by a private company from Thiseas.

There is a possibility of sattle services to and from the port and airport upon arrival and departure of the guests, upon request, at extra charge.The location of the house is ideal to explore the island, east, west, south and north Crete. Ariadni villas is 25 minutes away from Heraklion Airport and 20 minutes by car from the center of Heraklion. Inside the settlement you can drive by car, foot or bicycle (if there is a possibility of renting). It is located in a guarded area of the settlement and has free parking of 2 vehicles and more just outside the entrance. Transport to and from the private beach is possible free of charge with a private carriage of the settlement.

How do damage deposits work?
