Enjoy the Lisbon experience, the best way possible,in this very cosy first floor apartment located in the center of the city. Close to monuments and all kind of shops and markets, is also near the famous lisbon tramway, perfect for riding the historical, tram 28. The most popular and best price, proximity and relaxing relation.

Air conditioner, baby bed, baby high chair, Wifi internet, cable TV channels , sandwich toaster, oven, exhaust fan, automatic water heater.

A sunny living room, and two small balconies where you can relax with your friends or family.

iMP: WE DONT HAVE WASHING MACHINES (dishes or cloths).

If you want to experience the portuguese cuisine at its best, take a 5 min walk to one of the most famous and typical portuguese restaurant located in the city, "Ramiro". Furthermore, the easy access to the subway (2 min walk), tram and bus stops will allow you to visit any part of Lisbon and get to know the famous Bairro Alto and Downtown areas (also very close to the flat). Come and stay, we will be happy to welcome you at any time"

One hundred meters to buses, subway from the airport and the world renowned tramway 28!

The exotic shops, the sofisticated ones and the center and just one mile from the river snack bars and restaurants in Rossio and Praça do Comércio.

Please, no partys, no pets, no smoke (just in the balconies) and please don't make noise to the neighbourhood. It's a small and old buiding with few people living quietly. From 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. please do not make noise to other neighbours. Thanks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send António (the owner) a message.

If António (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
