The apartment is a T2 (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 hall, 1 living room and 1 kitchen) located on the 1st floor of an urban building with 8 floors built in the 70s.

In the neighbourhood we have many 4 and 5 stars Hotels namely: Corinthia 5 star Hotel (200 meters), Mercure Hotel 4 star(300 meters), Sana Malhoa Hotel 4 star (400 meters), Hotel Açores Lisboa 4 star (500 meters), etc.

We have also a lot of Banks and ATM machines.

The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and is as new. Situated between the Zoo and the Plaza de España (very close to the Zoo metro station). The building has 2 lifts and permanent gatekeeper. All the window frames are new and are double glazed windows with thermal cutoff, allowing a good thermal and acoustic insulation. All windows of the house have blinds.

Access to the room is done by a small private hall that also gives access to a private bathroom. This hall has a wardrobe of 1 meter wide with a mirror door.

The Blue Suite is composed of a double bed, two bedside tables, 2 bedside tables, and a small closet with high and narrow shelving. Has a chair for support and a small mobile shelves next to the window with a cable TV. There are 2 standing lamps in each bedside table.

The Green Suite room is composed by a double bed, one single bed, two bedside tables and 1 white wardrobe for additional storage. Has a chair for support and there are 2 reading lamps for each bedside table. This room has 6 paintings of Gustav Klint above the bed.

Both bathrooms are private to the rooms and has a shower with shower glass, a corner cabinet with sink and mirror and a toilet. Has an effective system for the extraction of air (very quiet) and electric heating above the door. It has 2 electrical sockets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 half height refrigerators, self-ventilated water heater, gas stove (includes extractor) and electric oven. Has a microwave, kettle, toaster and iron. The washing machine is new and in the front wall there is a discrete clothes hanger. The dining table can seat 4 to 6 persons.

The living room has a sofa for 3 seats and three shelves. There is also a low table with frosted glass for the Sony TV with access to 65 television channels, via Cable TV. At the end of the room is a beautiful palm tree and a cubist sculpture.

Near the window there is a working table. All of the rooms of the house have plugs for Cable TV, telephone and Internet (a set in each room, a kitchen set and two sets in the room). The phone and the Internet plugs are conected. All the apartment has Internet access via WiFi.

“Appartement très bien situé”

Appartement très propre avec 2 salles de bain ... Appartement très bien situé à 3 minutes de la station de métro ( jardin zoologique ) Au départ de laquelle nous avons fait toutes nos excursions ! ! Justement une journée au jardin zoologique ( à pied ..) Aussi une ligne verte tracée sur le trottoir, qui part du jardin Zoologique ,au palacio MARQUES DÀ FRONTEIRA (à faire à pied ,environ 15 minutes, sinon bus 770, mais plus long )...ligne verte pas indiquée dans les guides touristiques ! ! Pour en revenir à l'Appartement, une boulangerie juste en face,et une petite supérette à 2 portes ouvertes jusqu'à 21 heures. Literies impeccables ....seul bémol. ..les bruits de circulation, mais c'est la ville ! Nous habitons en campagne. ..alors évidemment nous ne sommes guère habitués ! Enfin nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions vivement PAULA.
