Description

The apartment is located in Alfama, the oldest area of the city that dates back to the Arab times. The building was fully renovated in 2012. Although the facade has been preserved, the interior is completely new: one spacious living/ dining area, with a kitchenette, one bedroom and one bathroom.

The living room has also a dining area.

Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, iron and iron board, etc.

Bathroom includes towels and hair dryer

- Free Internet WiFi - High Speed Internet Service.

Apartment is on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

For families with babies, we will provide a baby cot and feeding chair , free of charge.

You can enjoy nice views of the river and Panteão Nacional. The apartment offers all modern facilities and is fully equipped. Free Internet is also provided.

Here you´ll find everything you´ll need to feel comfortable and still get a glimpse of the old town atmosphere.

Next to the apartment, there´s the "Panteão Nacional" and the famous "Feira da Ladra"- Flea Market (every Tuesday and Saturday), where you can find almost everything, such as antiques, handicrafts, old books, etc.

Within a 5-minute walk, you can visit the splendid Museum of Fado (heritage of Humanity. Nearby you will find a lot of restaurants with live Fado performances, cafés, grosseries, traditional shops and art galleries.

Also within some minutes walking, there is the popular tram nº 28, that does the scenic tour of Lisbon Hills.

The apartment is close to the main train station and Metro station, Santa Apolónia, and also acessible by bus or tram.

If you enjoy nightlife, you can´t miss the most famous Lisbon disco "Lux", which is just within 10 minutes walking (near Santa Apolónia station)

In Alfama you´ll get lost in the old narrow and winding streets, full of stories to discover!

You can reach the Cathedral and São Jorge Castle on foot, as well as the downtown (Baixa), Chiado and the famous night life district "Bairro Alto".

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Maria (the owner) a message.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
