Excellent location, clean and equipt apartment. Vítor and his family were perfect and resolved any issues we had (which were very few!) The views from the balcony are incredible, perfect view of the 25th of April bridge and Jesus just behind it! Definitely recommend to anyone looking at going to Lisbon!

Hi there! Apart the beauty of Lisbon, we’ve been hosted by a fantastic person in a beautiful apartment in Alcântara. The apartment itself is a gem, perfectly adorned by the owner, with a splendid view from one of the terraces over the 25th of April Bridge and a nice park, has air condition through and is modern and warm, you feel at home. It is a top floor, no elevator, just keep this in mind if this concern you. The access to Lisbon central is easy and fast with the possibility to start your journey taking the famous tram number 28. Otherwise Uber is a perfect choice (4/5€). Just keep in mind, tram, buses, etc. do not accept credit card, just cash, even the parking lot (OMG!) so its handy to have cash (coins). Overall has been fantastic to be there, just a latest tip for you, maybe the tuk tuk tour seems expensive and not worth of it, but with Joao you’ll have one of the best tour in Lisbon (Joao is a guy with a pink tuk tuk, there’re not much in pink you’ll find him, at least I hope you will.

Bonito apartamento, bien situado, cerca de LX Factory (se puede ir andando tranquilamente) y del barrio de Belem. El apartamento os encantará a todos, tiene vistas al puente y al cristo (desde un lateral de una de las terrazas). Muy buena atención por parte del propietario, con un excelente feedback.

Hemos pasado 4 noches 4 personas. El alojamiento es muy bonito, acogedor, cómodo y limpio. Tiene todas las comodidades para pasar unos días estupendos en la ciudad y sus alrededores. Hay parada de bus en la puerta y tranvía muy cerca. Víctor siempre atento y amable. Sin duda lo recomiendo y repetiré. Gracias Víctor!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
