Description

Sea Star Beach House is a glorious beach-front house overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. It comes fully stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation, including a kayak, beach floats, fishing gear and beach toys. Please note that this house is on LITTLE GASPARILLA which is not accessible by bridge...the only access is by private boat or water taxi. You leave your car at the marina on the mainland, and the water taxi drops you right at our dock where our concierge will meet you with his golf cart and transport your luggage and your groceries to the house.

The house is designed for casual beachfront living with a stunning front porch overlooking the Gulf with a large dining table....you can eat all your meals to the sounds of the waves! The living/dining area also offers a smaller dining table and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well equipped with trash compactor and all major appliances. The home also comes with a full-size washer and dryer. Downstairs, a spacious deck offers a shady spot to grill, wash your shells and enjoy a tropical drink at sunset. The home has a private dune walk leading directly to the beach and a convenient outdoor shower for rinsing off. Please note that FlipKey adds their own booking fee.There are two bedrooms on the main floor, each with access to a bathroom. The master bedroom has a half bath with sink and toilet. The main bathroom has a shower and its own entrance. Up a spiral staircase is the upstairs loft bedroom, with a bunk bed and a trundle...perfect for kids who want their own space!This is a family-friendly home with lots of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy the best the beach has to offer. The home also offers satellite TV and free wi-fi. Please note we rent for one week minimums...sorry but we do not rent for weekends.

Complimentary Wi-fi via satellite is provided, but please understand that wi-fi is not for entertainment...you should download movies and books to your i-pad or tablet before arriving. (There is no wired internet on the island.)

HOLIDAY RATES: Please note that all there will be holiday rates applied to quotes for Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years.

5. We need to be notified in advance if you are bringing a pet or a boat
6. No trash or pet waste left in the house, on the property or at the dock
7. Close drapes and turn off outside lights during turtle nesting season (beachfront homes only)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Laurie gaines (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
