Description

Small separate casita on a quiet finca in Llucmajor. The finca "Las Palmeras" is located 3.9 kilometers outside the town of Llucmajor, in the zone "Galdent". There are no direct neighbors here. Our Finca is located at the end of the path (the last 500 meters are gravel) with no through traffic. There is a private parking, a separate covered terrace and a seating area for breakfast. Behind the casita is a sheltered private sunbathing and barbecue area. The finca is located outside and quietly at the foot of the Galdent mountain. Nevertheless, they occasionally hear the roosters and our peacocks, as they do not always adhere to bedtime. We have 1 dog and 2 cats where it is allowed to go to the guest terrace but not in the casita .... that does not always work with the cat ;-) The living room: A simply furnished kitchen with a 2 plate ceramic hob adjoins the open living room and bedroom. The bathroom is separate with a large shower, hair dryer / soap and towels. In the closet are more towels as well as Great for the beach. We have a combined heating / air conditioning and for the winter a small cozy wood stove. Above the bathroom is a steep staircase still sleeping for another 2 Not guests. We continue to work on the fact that you have the opportunity to sit outside on the finca in every season. The entire casita stands independently on our finca .We live in the main house directly next to it, from which we also rent out the loft. The outdoor area: As a tenant of Casita las Palmeras they are our guest. Have breakfast on your patio or by the pool in a comfortable sitting area. Use the sunbeds in the sun or retire to the cozy reading loungers in the shade behind your apartment. You can use the entire garden as the pool bar and the pool at any time, even in the evenings without restriction. Since we are just outside the town of Llucmajor, the power supply is not always reliable, but most of the time it can be fixed soon. In some pictures they see radiators on the wall, these have now been dismantled and replaced by the construction of a wood stove for the winter. For the summer is in the house but air conditioning. We have a private well that supplies the finca with water. Nevertheless, we recommend buying your own water.

Since our finca is located about 5 kilometers from the place and the bus does not run regularly, it is mandatory to rent a car or a moped

I like to be there with words and deeds for my guests. If time permits, I also like going to a market or planning a walk with the dogs in the mountains.

How do damage deposits work?
