Description

Casa Mica is set in a tranquil rural location, but with easy access on good roads, surrounded by mountains. Casa Mica is a private detached bungalow consisting of Double bed, ensuite wet room, fully air conditioned, tea and coffee making facilities, tea coffee, sugar provided. Although there are no cooking facilities inside the Casita, there is an outside kitchen with top of the range gas barbeque which is free to use, there are also 2 bars within walking distance. This fully private unit overlooks the stunning 12 x 6 metre swimming pool, and jacuzzi. The property is set in a tranquil rural location, but with easy access on good roads.

The house is in a very picturesque and tranquil location, yet only a few minutes walk from the traditional Spanish village of Llanos de los Olleres, where there is a bar serving local tapas, a bakery and a chemist. The main town of Albox is 5 minute drive with numerous shops and cafes, weekly market held every Tuesday. The nearest beaches of San Juan de los Terreros is a 35 minute drive. fi.

12 x 6 metre all year round swimming pool, and hot tub. Landscaped mediterranean gardens and barbecues, with ample seating areas, guests have access to the lounge kitchen and dining room. The accommodation offers luxury and affordability, where your hosts will endeavour to give you the most relaxing stay.

The outside common areas including the swimming pool and jacuzzi are shared with other guests that may also be staying at Casa Mica.

Smoking is not permitted inside the property, ashtrays are provided for outside use only.

Interaction with guest

We are available if you require anything at all, but will leave you in your own space and privacy if you prefer. The use of the swimming pool and jacuzzi is not permitted after 10pm and during the hours of darkness. The fridge in the bar is for the use of all guests staying at Casa Mica, it is stocked with drinks available to purchase at a very low price. We ask that guests do not put their own drinks in here, as this is a shared area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Christine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
