This brand new development offers spacious apartments with an innovate layout. Every corner of the apartment is put to use and the large windows allow lots of natural light. With stylish and modern furnishings, these apartments offer a premium stay in the city. Treat yourself with a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy a bath in the elegant bathroom before exploring the bustling area. Aldgate East station is a few minute walk from the apartment and offers easy access to the rest of London but the area is best explored by foot – take a short walk to popular Brick Lane where you can indulge in street food, vintage shopping and innovative cocktails, or take a stroll down to historic Tower of London and walk along the river. Shoreditch is known for its many bars and restaurants and you will never be bored in this area. Liverpool Street Station is a ten minute walk from the city, and from here you can easily reach many major UK cities as well as Stansted Airport.

Why can't I call Prateek (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Prateek (the owner) a message.

If Prateek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
