The perfect base for you to explore London - Come and stay in our lovely ground floor spacious apartment!

You will be staying in a spacious warehouse conversion with a modern and stylish interior.

This location is fantastic and the neighbourhood a vibrant mix of old and new London, also known as extremely 'hip' Shoreditch, right next to Brick Lane and on the doorstep of Spitalfields.

Enjoy our warm and spacious home and experience the real London in this vibrant neighbourhood.

You will be staying in a very spacious ground floor one bedroom warehouse conversion.

There is a large lounge, fully furnished with TV and wireless internet connection.

The kitchen is open plan and fully kitted and the apartment benefits from its own private terrace off the lounge and bedroom. Perfect for a sunny spot to enjoy a breakfast coffee or evening drink.

The bathroom is newly refurbished and has a shower and bath.

The bedroom has a double bed, two wardrobes and plenty of space to put down your bags. Fresh linen and towels are provided.

This apartment is perfect for one or two guests and can host up to four people.

Sleeping arrangements will be two people in the bedroom on the double bed and two people in the lounge using the sofa bed, sofa and an airbed if required.

If you have any special requirements such as a cot for your baby - please just ask.

This neighbourhood is fantastic and is the perfect example of London at it's best. As a born and raised Londoner I can safely say Shoreditch and Brick Lane is an area I have fallen in love with and after living here for over 10 years it just keeps getting better.

Vibrant and exciting is one way to describe the markets and surrounding streets. Be sure to visit Brick Lane, Spitalfields, Columbia Flower Market or just have fun exploring the small streets around Shoreditch and Hoxton with their abundance of coffee shops, pubs,bars, history, vintage clothing, vintage everything, restaurants of all kinds and cuisines, small shops selling curious things, fashion, shoes, furniture, the list goes on and on.

We would recommend Nude Espresso and Allpress for amazing coffee.

KinKao for great Thai food.

Hawksmoor for the best steak in town - they do a good cocktail too.

Tramshed - organic chicken which is delicious.

Wright Brothers for lobster and Oysters.

Taz Firin for a quick turkish kebab fix.

Story Deli for Artisanal pizza that is SUPER yummy.

If you would like to stay in an area with real character, wonderful vibes and experience a slice of London's history - this is the place to be.

Getting Around

Liverpool Street station and Shoreditch High Street station are within 5 mins walking from the apartment. You can also take the bus straight to Stanstead Airport from Liverpool Street.

Be in Oxford Circus in 15 minutes.

Visit the Queen in 23 minutes - door to door from Liverpool Street to Buckingham Palace.

Travelling late at night use one of the many night buses to get home.

You can take the train, tube or bus to most places from Liverpool Street station or Shoreditch High Street. Be in Oxford Circus in 15 minutes. Visit the Queen in 23 minutes - door to door from Liverpool Street to Buckingham Palace. Travelling late at night use one of the many night buses to get home. There is also the 24 hour tube on the central line.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Berry (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
