Description

Hi, and welcome to our flat!

When I say ‘Central’ I mean London’s Zone 1 (there are 6 travel Zones). So this place is a bargain, there are also no hidden charges for cleaning or extra guests.

THE LOCATION

The flat is closer to Edgware Road than shown on the map. We are located between to fantastic neighbourhoods: The Edgware Road - which is vibrant, with a ‘real’ and cheap street market with street food etc, and then walk the opposite direction you’ll come to the beautiful Regent Canal, and the posh shops of Little Venice. So you can get both you’re cheap bargains and soak in a little cafe society.

GETTING THERE

We are very near Paddington, perfect if you are coming via the Heathrow Express/Heathrow Connect. If you are coming from Luton or Stansted you can get off at Marble Arch stop and you are also very close. Eurostar is 20 mins on the bus or tube. Marlybone is a short walk away if you’re planning on visiting the Harry Potter Studio Tour.

LONDON TRANSPORT

There are three tube stations very close by (8-15 mins walk) with 4 of the London's best tube lines! There are also excellent buses/night buses very close by (3 mins walk)There are easily 8 bus routes very close by. If you want to borrow a bike there is an Oyster Bike stand just 2 mins from apartment which are free!

SIGHTS

You can walk easily to Regeants Park, and Marble Arch/Oxford Street/Hyde Park are a long walk (20-25 mins) or quick bus ride. Hugh Grant's 'Notting Hill' is a short bus ride away. You could probably be at attractions like Sherlock Holmes' Baker Street in 15 mins or the lovely shopping in Marlybone. For the major galleries you could be there in 20-30 mins door to door and for trendy East 30-40 mins.

THE ACTUAL APARTMNET

The place itself is a bright, airy, very clean and big for a London flat (56 square meters). Sleeps 4 adults easily. The apartment is equipped with everything you need from shampoo to olive oil, hairdryer to iron, and of course the obvious stuff like Wifi, TV and fresh towels!!

Why can't I call Jasmin (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jasmin (the owner) a message.

If Jasmin (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
