This Grand House was newly bought, completely renovated & furnished to the highest standards a couple of years ago. It has everything thing one would wish for in a home from home : 2 Living rooms decorated with antiques, Old world fireplaces & boutique furniture and finishing, Underfloor heating, Built surround speakers in the ceilings on two floors, marble bathrooms etc.

This Stunning house is located Centrally by Hammersmith Bridge with lovely views of the nearby Thames river in London. It is at a wonderful "best of both worlds" location with bustling Hammersmith, Olympia & Kensington just over the river across the bridge and a quiet villagey atmosphere of Castelnau on the other side of bridge.

This means you can cross over the bridge with a 5 minute walk to get all the excitement London has to offer! or you can stay on this side of the bridge, walk along the river, have drinks at cosy London pubs located along the river, lots of parks, cafes, open spaces & Grand houses.

The house is very light with wooden floorboards, lots of period charm (features from 1800s carefully restored) with a modern contemporary finish as owner is an art dealer. The house boasts 2 Huge Living rooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a study area, fast broadband connection, 5 new Tvs & dvd players in the total, a large kitchen & dining room and a garden.

Castelnau is a very safe, affluent area with large houses, green parks however very centrally located. To get to all the major tourist spots of Central London it will take you only 15 -30minutes on the Underground to Oxford Circus. You can also catch Piccadilly Line or Hammersmith & City Line or several buses that run outside the house into Kensington, Bond Street, Kings Cross, West End Theatres, Hyde Park, Picadilly, Big Ben, Madame Tussauds, Buckingham Palace, National History Museum, Tate Galleries, Horses Guards parade, Pall Mall and all other major London landmarks.

Living rooms have very stylish furniture, a large brand new 32 inch HD TV with Sky, Central heating all through the house, a BOSE Ipod docking system. All 4 bedrooms have very comfortable new double beds with 4 pillows each bed, duck feather duvets, and tvs in 2 of the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a marble en-suite bathroom. There are 3 bathrooms in the house so in the mornings you won't have to wait around before being able to shower or get ready for an exciting day around London. The bathrooms all have heated towel rails, lots of brand new white towels, new power showers with very strong water pressure.

The Kitchen is brand new with all mod cons : brand new double oven & 5 ring cooker, Double fridge with ice making machine, underfloor heated flooring, new hotpoint washing machine & dryer, bosch new dishwasher etc

You really will be spoilt by the luxury and perfect finish and feeling of this newly refurbished "home from home"! Nothing in the house is older than 6 months old all brand new, so everything works perfectly and there are no old creaky beds or wardrobes or old furniture/fittings as all brand new.

For hen or stag night parties unfortunately we do not hire out for these due to expensive refurbishment & furniture/fittings in this Glorious house.

Chloe & Alistair are hosts with their fingers on the pulse; you definitely won't need a guidebook as they know all the best restaurants, bars, art exhibitions, museums, shopping tips/areas & all the tourists sightseeing landmarks London has to offer!

We did spend a very good time in London thanks to your warm welcome. The flat was as cosy as we could have expected and we especially enjoyed your availability and all the tips you provided us with. Also the specific arrangements you made for the baby was great, her parents thank you for that.

The CD is playing at the moment in the house, the whole family is enjoying it. I though can hardly read the name of the band written on it. Could you send the informations by email ?

How do damage deposits work?
