Bright, lovely 1 bedroom flat near Queen's Park, Maida Vale and Kilburn in a new, modern building. It can sleep up to 4 people. The flat consists of large open-plan living room with new kitchen and access to a private balcony, modern bathroom with washer / dryer, large double bedroom, cloackroom.

The living-room has a modern kitchen with new oven, fridge, microwave and all kitchen equipment, a table that sits four, a sofa, an armchair, and TV. The sofa bed can sleep two people comfortably.

The bathroom has a bath tub / shower and washing machine with dryer.

The bedroom has a double bed and cupboards. The flat is carpetted throughout, except for the kitchen corner and bathroom. It is very quiet and has a lot of light.

The flat is 5 minutes walk from Queens Park, which is a lovely area with a park, great local restaurants, cafes and an organic market on Sundays. Maidavale and Little Venice are also just a few minutes away, and busy and very practical Kilburn where you can find everything, including Primark is 10 minutes walk away. You can also walk to Portobello and Notting Hill from the flat.

Transport is very easy. The Bakerloo line is 5 minutes walk (Queens Park and Kilburn Park Station). Just under the flat there is a bus stop for bus 6 which goes to Central London and bus 316 to Westfield / Sheperd's Bush, nearby there are bus stops for bus 36 nearby which goes to Victoria (convenient to Gatwick airport) and bus 187 to Finchley (very convenient for Stansted Airport).

There is a new Marks & Spencer food supermarket just 5 minutes walk from the flat opposite the tube station.

It is also a very convenient flat for families with young children as it is all on one floor, with carpet, and a small park just by the building. There are also a travel cot and a high chair.

This is a quiet, modern, clean flat perfect for people who like spacious and warm environments with a lot of light in a very convenient location. It is a great base to explore London

Getting around

The easiest way to get around is to take the tube form Queen's Park or Kilburn Park to central London. The Bakerloo line stops in Marylebone, Regent's Park, Oxford Circus and Waterloo. There are also two great buses just directly under the flat, bus 6 which also goes into Central London and bus 316 which goes to Westfield.

Usually my housekeeper will hand in the keys and show you around, occasionally it will be me. I will be available at any point during the trip to answer any questions, or help with any requests if you need me to.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Kain (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
