Somewhere between Sotheby's and Regent Street (and somewhere on famous Bond Street) this apartment takes relaxation to a new level. Light and modern rooms are awash with sunshine and only when finally you do descend, you’re right in the heart of the action. The best coffee, some of the finest restaurants, amazing shops and one of the most popular museums in London are on your doorstep. Oxford Street, Bond Street, Regent Street – it’s enough to satisfy even the most committed shopper.

You’re up to over London rooftops and windows gives the living space a beautiful brightness. The walls are white, the furniture’s contemporary, and the wallpaper artwork dazzlingly alive. There’s a modern, compact but fully functioning kitchen, and four to six can eat at the dining table. Both bedrooms are doubles, each with its own white-tiled bathroom.

Please note that not every neighbor is happy about the New Sharing Economy. Please respect common house rules like... no party, no loud music after 10 pm, be quiet in the staircase/hallway, don't ring the neighbors' bell because you cannot find the key in your handbag, don't throw things out of the window.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
