This is a 2 double bedroomed, large living room, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine/dryer and dishwasher. Species, very light and very clean flat for up to 5 to sleep. Free Wi-FI. LOCATED In one of the most popular part of Central London with full of young and middle-aged professional artists . Very clean fresh sheets& Duvet cover, 2 rolls of toilet papers, towels for each person are provided. The sockets in the flat has USB parts therefore guest does not need to bring converter.

Shoreditch in the City Centre of London is in one of London's most sought-after residential and business mixed area in the centre of London/ Zone 1. Old Street under/over ground, famous Brick Lane, Hoxton Square and Hoxton Market is just around the corner. You will be spoiled for choices with a wide variety of Cafe's, bars, shops, markets and restaurants. Area has been made a hit by arty types, musicians and designers. So many bars and clubs have sprung up.

Tower Bridge and Tower of London is also very close by. West End is easily accessible by tubes as well as by busses. Old Street Station is 1-minute walk away. Moorgate Station to the West, Liverpool Street Station to the North East are between 7 to 10 minutes’ walk. If you prefer, hop on number 55 and No: 8 bus to reach world-class Oxford Street shopping and Trafalgar Square. it is in 10 to 15 minutes ride. Spitalfields Market, packed with boutiques and stalls, is 10 minutes' walk. Tate Modern gallery is 15 minutes by Tube. Catch concerts at Barbican Arts Centre is also a 10-minute walk from the property.

Other things to note:

If more than 2 people in a row take shower the hot water may get cold. Therefore if it is more than 2 people, in between the shower we advise people wait for min 30 minutes. Some people expect the hotel comfort. Please do not forget you are booking a self-contained flat. 2 rolls of Toilet paper and one set of towel is provided for each person per stay.. Late check in fee applies for check in after 20.00 pm is £30.00. It is £50.00 if check in is after 23.00 pm.

Please do to use the towels to remove makeup and cleaning the floor.

The flat is based in the heart of famous Shoreditch and surrounded with lots of cafe bars and restaurant therefore can be very noisy. Though many people uses white sound voice to minimise the street noise, if you sensitive, you may need to bring your ear plugs for nice night sleep

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
