Description

Nearly all, just for you! This studio consists of a large room and a shower-bath-room, newly renovated, decorated and equipped to maximize the available space. Attractive and comfortable, it will fulfill your needs. From an excellent quality / price, it is sure to please!

Ideal location for outdoor activities, festivals, fine dining, nightlife, art and performances aplenty in the region, in Montreal or the South Shore. It is easily accessible by car or public transport and in a quiet neighborhood in the immediate suburbs of Montreal (Vieux-Longueuil district, 2 minutes from the Jacques Cartier Bridge).

Activities include numerous convenience stores, pharmacy, laundry, supermarkets, parks, swimming pool, bicycle, small shops, casino, beach, etc. The center of Vieux-Longueuil heritage site, contains some small historical jewelry and several small cafes and restaurants sympathiques.Le boulevard Taschereau is also very close and many restaurants and shops. 15 minutes by public transport or car are enough to reach the city center of Montreal.

For cooks, you will find in the kitchen all the utensils and basic dishes as well as sugar, salt, pepper, dried spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and margarine.

There is no washing machine available, but there is a laundry 5 minutes. We provide linen and towels in addition to the laundry service and cleaning once a week for stays of 3 weeks or less.

The studio is non-smoking and we do not allow animals.

There are 2 bus stops right in front (# 16 and 71) to go to the Longueuil metro station, from where you can go on the Island of Montreal (total journey about 15 minutes). Longueuil metro is 15 minutes walk where taxi companies are located that serve 24h / 24 (about $ 15 Montreal-Longueuil).

The Bixi bike service is available at Longueuil metro if you want to discover the Vieux-Longueuil or go biking on St. Helena Island and Our Lady of the Jacques Cartier Bridge.

Our neighborhood is very safe, no problem to walk alone (e) even at night.

We have no immediate parking space in our yard, but there can park on the street for free.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Chloe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
