Luxury 3 Bed penthouse apartment, located on the prestigious Roda Golf Course, & only 7 minutes drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of the Mar Menor (the largest natural seawater lagoon in Europe). Ideal for golfers, water sports enthusiasts, families, or for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway!

Roda Golf & Beach Resort is an exclusive secure, gated resort with an 18 Hole Par 72 PGA Golf course, designed by Dave Thomas, and managed by the De Vere group. Other facilities include a Driving Range, Golf Shop, Swimming pools, Gym, and of course a fabulous Club-House, with casual and formal dining options, available indoor or outdoor, on the beautiful terrace overlooking the course.

The highlight of our apartment is the spacious roof terrace which overlooks the golf course & the pool, and has beautiful views to the mountains and the sea. Enjoy private sunbathing on the 6 luxury sun-loungers, or retreat under the Pergola for shade when required! The roof terrace also has a Gas BBQ and 6 seated table for relaxed al fresco dining There is also a terrace outside the living area, with a 6-seated dining table, a retractable sun shade, and a staircase leading to the roof terrace.

While the roof terrace is our main attraction, the interior of the apartment will not disappoint! The apartment is fully equipped & beautifully furnished with many "little extras" to make your holiday as enjoyable as possible.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 comfortably. Each bedroom has twin beds, but one of them can be converted to a King size bed if required, so it is suitable for couples, families, or groups. Each bedroom also has built in wardrobes, and window shutters. The Master bedroom has a luxury marble en-suite and there is another bathroom off the entrance hall.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all mod cons & many extras.

The Living and dining areas are beautifully furnished, and have a large patio door to the terrace, where there is another 6-seat dining table.

There is also a secure underground parking space, and storage unit, with access to the stairs & lift.

Wifi is included in the rental fee.

House rules

Cleaning Fee €80 Payable to key-holder on arrival.
6 Pool Bands/1 card supplied must be available for inspection at the pool. Owners are charged €20 per replacement band/card, so any losses will have to be deducted from the Security Deposit.
Guests using the BBQ are responsible for cleaning it afterwards. Failure to do so will result in €25 deduction from your deposit, as it's not included in the Cleaning Fee, and the Cleaners charge separately for this. Your co-operation is appreciated.

“Great apartment”

Everything provided. Large airy apartment excellent location to the pool. Los Alcázares restaurants and beach short drive. Had a very small issue with aircon but nothing too much trouble for viv who’s on hand 24/7 she responded immediately great service and peace of mind for us. Would def recommend

“Home from home - but with sun and a pool...”

Firstly let me say the Vivienne, (the owner), is an wonderful communicator and she provides a very comprehensive document which lists absolutely everything you need to stay in the resort/apartment. My family and i have stayed on Roda in numerous other accommodations and Vivienne was by far the most complete host we have experienced. The apartment is in a great location and is very secure and spacious for a family to enjoy. The pool is right next to the building and the roof terrace is an absolute dream to relax on with a nice beverage or two. The apartment has everything you will need from a plethora of kitchen utensils, cooler boxes and even lots of 3 pin Uk plug adapters. It really is marvelously convenient. Also Vivienne allowed us the use of two bikes in the under ground car park lockup - which was a great way to see Roda from another perspective. Overall this is the best apartment we have stayed in on Roda, thanks to the careful attention of the owners. i wont hesitate to book again. Thanks Vivienne.

Had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend this penthouse apartment. The owner was more than helpful re communication and providing so much helpful information. The apartment is very well stocked with all you need. Even beach towels were provided. Every cooking utensil etc. My only critique which is very picky is there is only one large 3 seater sofa. As a family of 5 we all struggled to sit on this together. I feel as the apartment sleeps 6 it could do with another small Sofa or armchair. Plenty of space to sit on the balcony and rooftop terrace and a dining table and chairs indoors also. The apartment is in a nice location and Roda complex is clean and very well landscaped. I hired a car which was a must. Overall extremely happy with this comfortable and spacious apartment and I would stay again.

A great apartment, truly a home from home. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay.We were met by Mandy who settled us in very quickly, the owner Vivienne was very helpful with the booking loads of information about the apartment and things to do. As the apartment is at the furthest end of the complex a car is essential.The large roof top terrace is perfect for sunbathing with some nice comfy sun beds the gas BBQ, and the dinning furniture makes it great for eating up there as well.Being at the end of the complex it was lovely and peaceful which is exactly what we wanted,

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
