Description

- Cottage located on hillside, 2km from the city of Loulé. - 15km (15min) from the beaches of Vilamoura, Quarteira and Vale de Lobo. - 20km from the international airport of Faro. - 30m2 of living space and 15m2 of terrace. - Fully equipped. - Barbecue grill. - Swimming pool and Games Room (ping-pong and table football). - Free Internet access (in porch / shed at 40m) - Excellent for a different holiday, restful and anti-stress. - Located in hillside, overlooking the city (Loulé) and sea view. A paradise in the silence of nature! With 2 small lakes, with frogs and fish. Notes: - The swimming pool will be open from 1st July to 31st August. "Since there is a swimming pool, lakes, lots of vegetation, and the terrain has rocks and some slope, it is not advisable for children. The safety of children will be the responsibility of the parents.

- Since the terrain is rugged and stones, has two small lakes and swimming is not recommended for children. If guests bring child (ren) will be your responsibility to your safety.
- Small pets are allowed taking guests any losses,
- Smoking is allowed but advisable to do so on the terrace.

“Lovely and wonderful!”

There is only thing we want to say: Thank you, Sonia und Silvio! We had a lovely stay and you welcomed us with a open heart. The house is really cozy and wonderful and the view is really nice. Even when there where other people in the house next to us, we had enough private space. You can feel that they put a lot of love in building those little guest houses. Obrigada! Lina und Richi

Why can't I call Silvio (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Silvio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
