- Small house located on the hillside, 2km from the city of Loulé. - 15km (15min) from the beaches of Vilamoura, Quarteira and Vale de Lobo. - 20km from Faro International Airport. - 30m2 of floor area and 15m2 of terrace. - Fully equipped. - Barbecue grill. - Game room (ping pong and table football). - Free Internet access (in porch / shed at 40m) - Great for a different, restful and stress-free holiday. - Located on a hillside, overlooking the city (Loulé) and sea view. A paradise in the silence of nature! With 2 small lakes, with frogs and fish. . Notes: - Since there are lakes, a lot of vegetation and the ground has rocks and some slope, it is not advisable for children. The safety of children will be the responsibility of parents.

Owner's reply: Unbelievable inventions and lies in this commentary, which lead me to respond only to the point (...) we suffer with mental health (...) because, it seems so on the part of the author, so the report to a quick medical consultation. None of the above points corresponds to the truth. The ping pong and soccer table are great (but they did not even see it), the advertisement indicates that the pool will only be open in July and August, the television does not have porno channels, the bed / mattress is the best (viscoelastic) , the place is quite dry, the bathroom is interior, etc, etc ... To all possible interested parties, I ask you to see all, I repeat, all the comments made to this day. This comment is unique and opposite to all others. This comment is so aberrant, unworthy, disrespectful and lying that deserved another treatment but, ... not worth it!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Silvio (the owner) a message.

If Silvio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
