Enjoy the beauty of the Algarve within this newly developed, contemporary fully air-conditioned four bedroom, five bathroom linked villa within the award winning Apple Tree Lane development, which is set in a quiet and relaxing location bordering Almancil and Quinta do Lago. The villa is ideally located with easy access to several beaches, restaurants, shops, and Faro airport.

Development of this luxury villa was completed in spring 2018 and the interior has been professionally designed and furnished to a high standard. This property has been featured in “A Place in the Sun” magazine twice.

Before heading out to explore the exciting Algarve, this lovely home away from home boasts four spacious and uniquely furnished bedrooms featuring ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a super-king size bed. The remaining three bedrooms can each be configured either with two single beds or one super-king size bed.

The first bedroom is located to the right of the spacious entrance hallway alongside the guest WC, and is setup as a twin which can be pushed together as a super-king bed.

Bedrooms two, three and the master bedroom are located on the upper level and are accessed by the masterfully constructed tempered glass rail staircase which leads to the stunning hallway which is lit up by a striking chandelier, creating a feeling of warmth as the light reflects off of the oversized framed mirrors.

The master bedroom along with bedroom three have access to the private terrace which overlooks the communal swimming pool and uninterrupted views of the open lands.

This villa features a very modern and vibrant open plan living room area, furnished with a comfortable sofa, large full HD LED TV and home theatre system, perfect for sports or a good movie, and an eight seater dining table to accommodate all sorts of guests - should you be friends, a large family of even a couple whose desire is only to embrace the presence of one another.

Through from the living room area, there is a fully equipped kitchen perfect for those occasions when cooking up a storm in the comfort of the home and enjoying quality family time instead of eating out is more appealing. If you prefer to cook outdoors, a large Weber BBQ is provided.

Glass sliding doors from the villa’s living room and dining area lead out onto the private terrace and crystal clear blue swimming pool, which is only a few steps away.

Nothing beats a hot sunny day with the sun shining, and entertaining outdoors is a breeze, with an outdoor dining table and chairs, an outdoor sofa, several relaxing chairs and sun loungers, and an over-size adjustable parasol to provide shade.

Should you decide to explore what the Algarve has to offer, this villa is ideally situated for nearby amenities, including a local supermarket and pastelaria that are within 5 minutes walk, and several excellent restaurants within walking distance, and many more further afield.

Several popular beaches, including those at Quinta De Lago and Vale Do Lobo, are less than seven km away. Several local attractions are nearby; “Aquashow” is less than ten minutes’ drive away, and “ZooMarine” can be reached in less than half an hour. A unique shopping experience at the recently opened Mar Shopping Centre is just seven km away, and the popular Vilamoura marina with its wide selection of bars and restaurants is less than twelve km away. The airport at Faro is only thirteen km away, making transfers quick and easy.

“Beautiful Villa”

I booked this villa for my sisters hen do and I’m so glad I did! What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. The villa was so beautiful. It was clean as soon as we walked in. The furniture was clearly top of the range. The bedrooms upstairs were super spacious. We loved waking up in the morning and walking out onto the balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped as we used to make our breakfast ourselves in the villa everyday as there was an Aldi around the corner and other shops too. The TV has every UK channel for you to flick through too. You can even spend your days at the villa and enjoy what is at the villa. The representative for the villa was really good, any problem we had, we contacted her, she would respond straight away and fix the issue as soon as. Overall, we were very happy with our stay at the villa. Its clear a lot of thought and consideration has gone into designing it and we would happily go back again. Thank you.
