This property is at the 2nd floor of a modern apartments building, exactly by the beach of Loutraki thermal city near Corinth (Peloponnese/Greece) . Situated on a pedestrian street opposite the Town Hall it offers easy accessibility and quietness. You can get out of the building wearing your swimming costume and after 10 meters get into the perfect blue sea water. At the same time you are in the city center with all the shopping facilities around. You have perfect view over the Corinthian Gulf not only from its balcony (beautiful sunset) but even while you are in bed. On the left of the gulf is the Corinthian Canal and on the right the Gerania mountains. Athens is at a distance of 78 Km.(one hour drive, 16E aller-retour by coach). Many interesting sites in the Peloponnese and guided visits are organized by local tourist agencies as well as transfers to Epidaurus famous open air theater for watching drama performances.

The flat is independent with its own balcony. There is wifi speed internet connection, Plasma TV (foreign chanells DW, CNN TV5) . The flat is equipped with air-conditioning system as well as electrical heating units. No fees for water consumption and building's maintenance expenses. Parking is not allowed on the pedestrian road but it is free of charge everywhere else on the Loutraki streets. On the guests arrival and departure I will be present and they will be complimentary welcomed with a bottle of greek wine and traditional food. Goodbye complimentary gifts are also offered. As I live nearby, I can be of help in anything they need to make everything easier. If needed a cot might be available for a baby. Linen and towels are provided.

Excellent holiday choice for kids and adults as all kind of actvities (sea swiming at blue flag clean waters (life guards supervision almost all day), palying at he beach, mountain hiking, sea sports, spa with therapeutic waters, casino for gumblers, tavernas for excellent fish food and greek specialities with mediterannean tasty vegetables and fruitsas well as nice music restaurants and night bars. Important Archeological sites around as well as free outdoor song and dance performances very often at night, at the city green park next to the kids' play garden.

Outdoor gym organs at a pine tree area by the sea at 15min walk from home. And if you like exercising at home you can warn up jogging by the beach and use at home the powerfull vibration plate" Proform welness modell no.PFICVU26907.0" and a big pilates ball as well as with rubber resistance tube cordes with handles and ankle/wrist weights that could be provided.

The beach coffe bars offer free sun umbrellas and sun beds to their customers during all day.

In case of longer than a week stay, cleaning service can be provided at extra cost (10E per hour)

Extra charges are : 1) electricity upon the meter's readings on the arrival and departure day (usually not more than 10E for a week's stay depending on the use of the airconditioning and the heating units), 2) 30E for the final cleaning. These charges are to be paid directly to the landlord on the day of departure
