Our elegant flat offers you a beautiful and huge 120sqm terrace with magnificent view of the sea & Corinthian Gulf. The apartment has 1 Bd, bathroom, kitchen and a living room with 4 couch. It is fully accessorized (WIFI, A/C, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, a fireplace for the winter) accommodates up to 5 or 6 people. Next to the Loutraki Thermal Spa and close to the casino, 20 meters from the sea! A perfect place for couples, friends, families and business travelers, looking for a relaxing place.

• Bedroom

The bedroom has a big double bed, bedside tables, a big closet and has its own air conditioning. From the room, you have access to the terrace. Bedlinen and towels are provided.

• Bathroom

The bathroom, with sink, toilet and bathtub/shower has all the amenities such as soaps, shampoo, and toilet paper. Towels are provided.

• Kitchen

The kitchen is a big independent space with a small table and 4 chairs for your breakfast or for more surface for preparing your meals while cooking. The kitchen is fully accessorized and equipped so that you can prepare your own meals at your convenience. Besides the electric kitchen with 4 stove spots and the oven, you will find a coffee machine, a kettle, toaster and the basics such as coffee, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

• Living Room

Upon entering the flat you see the big living and dining room. This space has it's own air conditioning and in one corner a big table with 6 chairs and a big and comfortable couch for 3-4 people. In the other corner, there is one more sofa. Space is very well designed and cozy. For the winter nights, it has a nice fireplace and a Flat TV with DVD. From the living room, you have access to the huge terrace with the breathtaking view of the whole Corinthian Gulf. Flat is located a mere 20 m. of distance to the sea!

• Outdoors

The terrace is the heart of this place. It is 120sqm and at least half of it is covered with terraces offering shades and protection from the sun. The view is undisturbed to the whole Gulf of Corinth. It's so close that you feel like diving straight into the sea! In the terrace, you will also find an elegant marble table with chairs, a barbecue/grill and lots of plants, making it an oasis of relaxation!

A perfect place to relax, enjoy the sea and the thermal baths of Loutraki, just one hour drive from the Athens International Airport.

In the town of Loutraki, just 2 min by car, you will have all the services you need and a huge selection of cafés, restaurants, bar, and shops. Also, there are pharmacies, supermarkets, and more shops at a distance of about 800 to 900 m. from home.

A ramp is available at 20 m. from home for launch and recovery of small boats. Our flat is located literally meters away from the sea where you will find clean water for swimming, a great romantic restaurant and large public space for free and safe parking of your car!

The area of Loutraki and of the Gulf of Corinth is a well-known address for Athenians and Internationals due to its elegant flair, the thermal baths, and spa as well as the casino.

Further, by car is just a little more than one hour drive from Athens, and a perfect spot for daily excursions to Nafplio, Epidavros, Mykines or Perachora.

How do damage deposits work?
