The Apartment No. 2 is one of two apartments (2 + 2 persons) *** located in a family holiday house on the end of the street surrounded by large terraces, beautiful garden and lots of greenery in the peace and quiet for a real vacation. This apartments have a beautiful view of the sea and the Kvarner bay.They are located 400 meters from the first beach, and 500 meters from the small town called Ika where is grocery store (food market), pharmacy, restaurant and bars. Also to the center of town Lovran is only 1.5 km where there is a super market, a market with local products, fish market more restaurants, old town and much more. Only 5 kilometers from the house is center of famous tourist town Opatija. For those who want to enjoy walking or jogging along the sea there is a promenade (Lungomare) long 12 kilometers from Lovran to Volosko.On these 12 kilometers promenade you will find many beaches. Large beachs with cafes, restaurants, pedal boats, beach volleyball, children's playgrounds and much more.

And the little ones that offer just a swimming, sunning and enjoying in the peace. For those who wants to take the vehicle and drive only 5 to 10 kilometers from the house in the direction of Istria (with road by the sea) are small places Medveja, Mošćenička Draga, Brseč with a beautiful pebble beaches. Among those places are hiden beautiful half-wild beaches that are worth the effort to come to them and enjoy the beautiful blue sea.

Above us is the mountain Učka and natural park so those who love hiking, mountain-biking, free-climbing, hang-gliding and paragliding will find something for themselves. Also from house is not a problem to make one day trips and visit the beautiful islands Krk, Cres, Losinj, town Rijeka, the entire peninsula of Istria, the Plitvice Lakes National Park and much more

The apartment No.2 (30m2), located on the first floor of the house. It consists of a living room, bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bathroom and large terrace. The apartment is suitable for 2 persons in a double bed and for up to two persons on an extra bed in the living room.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, wireless Internet access, refrigerator, stove, microwave, complete kitchenware and barbecue in the garden.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
