Nestled along a private drive, surrounded by towering trees, this contemporary ranch-style home ensures tranquility throughout your stay. Spend time listening to the sounds of nature and the distant waves of Lake Michigan from one of the home’s outside areas, either in the backyard, the covered patio, the side patio, or the front fire pit, all furnished for easy relaxation.

Large windows, an open layout and a mid-century modern ambiance welcome you into the 1,500-square-foot ranch. Make yourself at home in the cozy living area offering a comfortable couch and recliner facing a flat-screen Smart cable TV - the ideal place for movie nights.

Adjacent to the living area, the dining area and kitchen are situated right next to each other, making it easy to entertain! Prepare hearty meals in the fully equipped kitchen featuring white cabinets, countertops and appliances. Serve your home-cooked masterpieces to the whole group at the dining table set for 7. TV trays are also available for an additional 4 guests.

After dinner, find peace and quiet in the additional sitting area with 2 comfy couches, a flat-screen TV, and access to the backyard. The backyard also serves as the perfect place to gather with your loved ones. There are 2 large picnic tables on the covered patio, providing enough seating for 10 - rain or shine.

At the end of the day, make your way to one of 3 inviting bedrooms. Fall fast asleep while listening to the soothing, distant lake waves from either the 2 plush queen-sized beds or the third bedroom’s full-over-full bunk bed. Portable fans are available for each sleeping area, for those who like additional airflow as they sleep. Find additional sleeping in the sitting room that has a door for privacy featuring 2 twin pullout beds and an additional full bathroom.

Just a 3-minute walk away, James Street public beach offers beautiful sunsets, refreshing swims and memorable walks along the sandy shore. Tunnel Park is also located just a short walk away, where you can enjoy a picnic or relaxing walk along the lake.

The fishers of the group will want to bring their fishing rods, as the stunning blue water of Lake Michigan is known to be one of the best freshwater fishing spots in the whole world! Cast out for brown trout, lake trout, coho and king salmon from the break wall and pier at Holland State Park, or bring a boat to head out from one of the public boat launches allowing access to the water along Lake Macatawa.

All around the home, biking paths and cross country trails make it easy to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Families can take advantage of the security and peace of the private road, where you and the kids will want to ride bikes all day long.

How do damage deposits work?
