Apartment in chalet with stunning views of the Bay, in the locality Turas Piscinas at 2.5 miles from Bosa Marina and 3.5 from the historic centre of Bosa. Located on the ground floor, between the vineyards of local malvasia, is composed by a large living room with open kitchen, dining area, living room, fireplace, a double bedroom, a bedroom adjacent to the living area and a large bathroom with shower. Outside: front porch, furnished garden with barbecue and a shower with hot water, shaded parking.

Air conditioning in living room and in the bedroom, fan, washing machine, TV.

This apartment is not a ground floor, but a basement. The bathroom and the sleeping room at the back are without any windows. We decided to booked this apartment beacouse of dishwasher - but the dishwasher doesn"t exist!!!. Also the furniture is very old, especially the kitchen and beds. The view is very beautiful, but it is far from enough.

Owner's reply: Dear guest, I'm apologize for my English... I am very sorry that you have not been well with us. We are sorry that you have booked your beach vacation because of a dishwasher. It's true: there is not. I think there was an automatic translation error: in Italian, dishwasher is "lavastoviglie"; "lavatrice" is the washing machine. This one there is. The house stands on a hill, so the back part is semi-buried. The sleeping room have a window on the top (please,.. everyone can see it on the photos) and the bathroom have a big skylight. Anyway, you have paid a price absolutely adequate, indeed, less expensive than all other housing facilities with the same view, which is priceless. I hope you want to be still our guests, even if I can not provide you with a dishwasher. Best regards

Owner's reply: Chers clients, je suis désolé ... Je ne parle pas français et la traduction de Google semble bizarre ... I apologize for my English... The house is built in the hills, so the back is basement, but the bedroom has a window at the top and the bathroom has a large skylight... The very big-double-living room, with the dining area, the relax area with the fireplace, the reading area (25 square meters) directly overlooks the e portico, the sea and the vineyards ... The natural light is not lacking, for sure, and the sunset on the sea that you have seen every night is priceless. I did not understand about of the french windows and windows: if you had difficulties (closing them without closing the shutters and the doors), why did not tell us? If you had difficulties, why did not you tell us? We would have explained the use of the stops... Finally: I honestly do not remember if during your stay there has been some treatment of the vineyard (it is possible, in June), but it is not nothing poisonous for human beings. In any case, I'm sorry you did not feel well and I hope you can still be our guest to offer you the holiday you want. Best regards Cristina

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
