Situated in the town of Mahmutlar Alanya. ! holidays in Turkey A delightful large 5 bedroom detached house with a private swimming pool, 5 bathrooms, 700 meters walking distance to a sandy beach. = approx 10 min-15 mins walk to the beach.Washing Machine, Dishwasher all household essentials home from home.

Local market called "Bazaar "in Turkey where you will find lots of bargains, and designer textile copies are all with in close walking distance.

Shopping centres, disco and karoke bars all within walking distance.

Enjoy English Breakfast in local restaurants, reasonable price, or try Turkish breakfast, Most popular supermarket well known internationally Carrefour supermaket , just around approx 180 meters from the villa.

The wonder of this location is the ease of access and freedom of walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants and only 20 mins drive away from Alanya city centre. Most pubs and restaurants offer a free pick and drop back service or a taxi back is only a few liras TL because of our location. The villa is set in aprivate enough location and is not to be subject to noise but close enough for older teenagers to walk to Town centre or Dolmus (bus) on their own.
