For rent is our beatiful beach area Apartment in USTA Apartments in Mahmutlar, Situated moments away from the beach and in a centralised location close to bars, shops and the amazing shopping. Mahmutlar is a sunny idealic paradise with plenty to offer, while a relaxing suburb of Alanya, Mahmutlar hosts a lot to do. Apart from sandy beaches and an amazing blue sea, Mahmutlar has amazing shopping( the fabulous market on tuesdays and saturdays) and food, Morays is a must for all, and nightlife there is ample to do. From the waterpark to paragliding and jetsking, diving is also very popular

Mahmutlar has lots of bars and a nightclubsand nightife but the bigger clubs are in Alanya which is 10 minutes away by Taxi.

The apartment contains

Kitchen with washing machine and basic utensils and livingroom with television.

2 bedroom(1 twin & 1 Double), 2 bathrooms and a double sofa bed

Air-conditioning in all rooms

Apartment is complete with towels and bedlinen

Garden with shared swimming pool with sea views. The sea is 2 minutes walk across the main road.

The beach is only 100 meters away from the apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor and is ideal for families or couples or for quiet holidays

The building also contains an elevator.

The Irish owner lives in Mahmutlar and will greet you on your arrival to ensure smooth and a fast check in.

Food baskets available on request.

All prices are including electric and water and gas.

This is a non smoking apartment (smoking is allowed but only outside on the BALCONYS)


Forest Walks,

Mountain tracking(Taurus. This enormous massive of mountains starts around here, and ends up into Georgia. The last mountain peak in east Turkey is Ararat.Here around the highest peak is 2339 m.a.s.l. Its name is Karaçal?.
In the winter we can ski or go by sled up in these mountains. Bring a small, portable barbeque, some food and drinks - and make a real Turkish picnic in the snow.On a hot summer day, this is exactly the place to cool down.

Fishing (river and sea).
In the sea we often see dolphins. Calamare/Octopus is very popular for the Turkish people. More normal catch is: Çupra (sea-bass), Levrek (sea-trout) and Mercan (red coral fish). They are all tasty, fried or on the grill. In the river you will find Alabal?k (trout). And, luckily, there are plenty of them. Remember to bring your portable barbeque. No fish tastes better than this fresh, grilled trout - eaten where you caught it.

Take a trip to Cappadocia, Pamukkale or Anamur. Or what about a Turkish Night?
For the sporty ones: Rafting. Parasailing. Jet-ski. Skiing (winter-time).
For the softer ones: Sailing. Canyon rafting. Dolphin-watching.

One thing is for sure, you can never get bored here.
