Our villa in Alanya has the best access to the beach and town centre, as most of the other villas in Alanya are situated in the mountains. Our villa is just a stroll to the beach and town centre. Chill out beside your very own private pool, alongside a turkish bbque and have an ideal family holiday for the family to remember. The villa can accommodate 2-10 people, Ideal for family get togethers, that you have always been talking about.
Alanya situated on the Mediterranean coast a province of Antalya. A well known tourist area. Ideal location for a family villa rental with private pool. Easy access to beach and town centre only a 10- 15 minute stroll.

Our Villa is located in Mahmutlar Alanya , in the province of Antalya on the Mediterranean coast. Gazapasa airport is only 25 minutes. Transfer from the airport can be arranged for you direct to the villa by us.
Enjoy an array of beach activities close by. Alanya has activities for all the family. Family members can easily stroll down to the town centre and beach which is only 10 minutes stroll that is if you don't stop to look at all the shops on the way!
Villa is fully fitted out with many extras it is a detached villa consisting of 2,500 sq foot Villa consists 5 large bedrooms 2 of ensuite 2 bedrooms with own balconies , 3 large European bathrooms /WC with a shower/WC room on the ground floor for easy access. One has Jacuzzi bath. One large balcony overlooking pool and a large roof terrace with Turkish bbq. A large floodlit private outdoor pool has an additional small childrens pool. Two sun terraces, one with Turkish oven/barbeque poolside.
As the sun moves around the property you will always find a shaded eating area on the patio as well as an area with spectacular views ideal for sunbathing. The whole property is railed, gated and has night lighting. What you may loose in some scenery you most certainly will enjoy the freedom of walking to the beach, bars, and restaurants . You can travel by bus or car which is 15 mins drive to the city of Alanya for a busier shopping experience. Most pubs and restaurants offer a free pick and drop back service or a taxi back is only a few liras because of our location. We are still private enough not to be subject to major noise but close enough for older teenagers to walk to Dolmus (bus) on their own.
Places to visit are very easy to get to on the bus, or with an arranged trip, swim with the dolphins Go carting, Turkish baths, Safari , Horse-riding, Kayaking, scuba diving, Dim Cay, the caves, any of the these tours mentioned and more we can book for you if you inform us prior to your arrival.
Castle, Red Tower, Cleopatras beach can be reached by local dolmus bus hop on or off where ever you like the look of. Approximate cost is 2 Lira each. The area is known as the '' Turkish Riviera'' meaning there is a long coastline, so basically once you follow the coastline you can find your way around easily by remembering a landmark,
Aspendos has events regularly during the high season. Wonderful relaxing holidays spent in your own space, private pool with everything you need and if you want to go walking or fishing, its all easy to get to so no fights amongst the family as there is something for everyone to do -and very easy to meet up afterwards for a nice meal. Pool is regularly cleaned and chlorinated. We would ask you to shower off before and after the swim to keep the pool as clean for yourselves. We would also ask you to supervise all minors at the pool area at all times and caution them about the marble floors and wet feet.
Kitchen linen, Villa Bath Towels, Beach Towels are all provided Daily or weekly cleaning can be arranged for additional cost. You have your own washing machine here, so no need to bring loads of baggage, very handy especially with children.

This Villa has marble floors throughout as well as a marble and aluminium twin railed circular staircase. Each room has ornate covings with sunken lights and is fully fitted out. Further luxuries include a designer fitted kitchen with solid granite worktops The kitchen hob has one electric and three gas rings as is common in this area for your convenience.
There is an open plan kitchen with a free standing island unit with 4 stools leading into the salon with two large comfortable couches and two additional easy chairs providing seating for eight to ten and an open fireplace, in case you need a romantic log fire....Occasional furniture including large coffee table with interior backgammon/chess games table. Access to these areas is through the patio doors or heavy steel front door.
There is a separate dining area with seating for 6, with small balcony. Furniture includes mirrored sideboard with plenty of storage and tall glass cabinet filled with china and glasses, corkscrew, bottle openers.
The bathroom and WC on the groundfloor allows for ease of access at this level and also holds mops etc and is an ideal spot for housing beach shoes and inflatables.
Fitted to a very high standard the villa offers every convenience for a luxury holiday including air conditioning (hot/cold) in all the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, dining set. We also provide kitchen linen, hotel quality sheets, bath and beach towels for simplicity during your holiday. China settings for 12. Pretty plastic settings and serving dishes for 12 or more for eating al fresco. Plentiful glassware and lidded serving ware, handy for fridge to table. Full set of saucepans, wok, pyrex lidded oven/freezer ware and utensils. Electric orange/lemon juicer. Plentiful storage. Everything you need to enjoy setting up home here.
A large hall area and adjoining stair space provides additional storage for normal family living. (hover, ironing board and iron, low table housing sun lounger and chair cushions, wheeled shopping trolley, open shelved unit, for beach bags etc). For ease of access there is a large downstairs bathroom with shower to save you walking upstairs and handy for children if you are at the poolside. Just remind them not to walk or run on the marble floors with wet feet!
Each window has security steel adjustable shutters which can be set to darken rooms especially handy for getting children off to sleep.
Each floor hosts a glass fronted cupboard which can holds extra towels, bed linen, hairdryer, loo paper. Handy to keep topped up when the Villa is full of family and friends.
Each bedroom has plentiful wardrobe space and bedside storage as well as mirrored dressing table and hot/cold air conditioning. Two have shower ensuite. Three large family bathrooms, one with jacuzzi bath and rainfall shower are located on each level.
The top level has two double bedrooms, one shower ensuite. The other has small balcony overlooking banana plantations. One has large family bathroom with 5 massage shower and rainfall showerhead. This bathroom also has large electric boiler (keep it set at economy level) and adjust for additional heating of water, which may be needed if everyone wants to have long showers and have a full jacuzzi at the same time, otherwise the solar heating is fine for everyone. The roof terrace is located between the two bedrooms here, and has a turkish oven/bbq. Fully tiled marble large sun terrace is just fabulous for an evening drink or apertifs watching the sunset and then Alanya Castle lighting up at night.
A spacious living/dining area leads through sliding glass patio doors to the paved garden, and the beautiful private floodlit swimming pool.

Due to the size of the property there is plenty of room outside the Villa to provide privacy amongst family groups or larger lets should they require it. (Want to have more friends or family stay too, why not ask us about a double booking with our sister Castle View Villa directly opposite)
The 5 Balconies allows for parents to keep an eye on their older children playing within the confines of the gated garden.Though we would recommend keeping them locked if you have young children.
The outside area is equipped with 2 dining tables, parasols and 12 chairs and 6 sun loungers for your relaxation. Padded seating cushions are available. There are an additional two chairs on each of the large balconies.
To the rear of the property there is a small area with marble chips and trees where wet towels and washing can be hung to dry. Below that again there is a an additional sunken terrace accessed by railed steps, to relax or enjoy your evening meal whilst taking in the views across the banana plantations, towards the mountains and watch Gold City light up in Kargicak way up the mountain. A wonderful view but not possible to walk too! Worth a visit but can be expensive.
Safety features: Each window has adjustable steel shutters which can be used to darken the rooms if needed also. Heavy steel front door with tumbler locking. Gated, railed and additional night lighting. Floodlit pool. You walk down to My Marine Residence and walk/drive through their paved and lit complex with security to get to the first restaurant/bar and supermarket, bus stop in 5 minutes. (Simple instructions will be provided upon booking)

“Mahmutlar Family Holiday - Excellent”
10 of the family went over to Turkey for a sporting event in Alanya. We needed a 5 bed, 5 bath villa in close proximity to not just Alanya, but to shops / restaurants etc. After searching the net I found this. From day 1 of contacting the owner we had nothing but reliable, good humoured, trustworthy information. Grainne, the owner, has become a telephone / internet friend ! The villa was everything we could have hoped for. Roomy, spotless, and located in a very nice area. Yes there was a bit of a hill but, taken slowly, it was not a problem. And the restaurants sent out a car to collect us all ( including my dear old mum ) more or less at the designated time ! And they took us back too. Although some of our party chose to walk back as it is a very nice stroll. We did several trips whilst we were there, arranged through a local contact we had been given. No worries here either. I could write loads - but I don't really do reviews. I've made an exception here as it was really a wonderful holiday - and a wonderful villa - and, as such, I really feel the owner should get very positive feedback. Grainne - you're a star. Thank you from the whole family. Should you need a big villa for your perfect getaway, this villa is not to be missed.

The pick up and drop back service is really great for those of us who prefer the door to door service all year round. The smaller boat trip and the eventful trip to Dim Cay only showed you some of the wonders of the area. Glad all the bikes got there in the end and final result was worth the trip! You told me you all loved the many private spaces that you could have as well. That is the sort of thing that does really matter when there is a large group. Looking forward to having you all back at some other time. Remember Christmas is a warm time too!
“Lovely villa and fantastic service”
We wanted to say a very big thank you to you, Deidre and Bulant for making our stay in your villa so relaxing and comfortable. Bulant was amazing as nothing was too much for him and he is such a nice chap too! The villa was perfect and the whole family were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday together, as there was plenty of space for all 14 of us to chill out in. The villa was well situated and not too far from the beach and local shops, which was lovely and gave us the opportunity to meet some of the local people. The bus service into Alanya was great as the bus drivers were friendly and helpful despite the language barriers. You were right in saying that a car was not really necessary. We would recommend your villa and service to other family members and friends and wish you all the best.

“Spacious and peaceful”
We stayed at the villa for 10 days I have three children one with special needs. Excellent location walking distance to beach shops restaurants. We had loads of space for the children pool was excellent and was kept spotless was attended twice a day. My children range from 13 to 3 there was something to keep them all happy. Villa was very clean and luxurious and had everything we needed to make our holiday the best family we ever had. The villa is up a hill this wasn't a problem for us as nearly all restaurants have a pick up and bring home service.
