Description

Genau zwischen dem Stadtzentrum von Hurghada und dem vor einigen Jahren neu erbautem El Gouna befindet sich diese Anlage mit der Villa. Durch die Lage kann man in wenigen Minuten das quirlige Stadtzentrum oder auch den Golfplatz erreichen.

Gerade Langzeiturlauber können hier den nicht immer günstigen europäischen Klimabedingungen entfliehen.

Die 2 stöckige Villa besitzt insgesamt 3 Schlafräume mit jeweils 2 Betten,1 arabischer Raum mit einer großen Liege (eventl. 2 Personen), 2 Bädern mit Dusche und Wanne, einer Gästetoilette, amerikanische Küche sowie dem großen Wohnbereich mit Essecke. Die überdachte Terasse mit knapp 100m2 verfügt über einen eingebauten Grill und Waschgelegenheit. Vor dem Wohnbereich ist noch eine zusätzliche ebenerdige Terasse, die besonders in den Vormittagsstunden zum Frühstück am Meer einlädt.

Das SAT-TV ermöglicht besonders den Empfang der Programme über Astra. Das ca. 30 m entfernte Meer fällt sehr flach ab und eignet sich somit besonders gut für Kinder. Trotz des Sandstrandes werden Badeschuhe empfohlen. Hurghada wird seit den 1980er Jahren von amerikanischen, europäischen und arabischen Investoren zum mit Abstand führenden Badeort am Roten Meer ausgebaut. Den größten Touristenanteil stellen Besucher aus Deutschland, England, Russland und den ehemaligen Sowjetrepubliken. Zahlreiche Rohbauten und neue Tourismuskomplexe bestimmen das Erscheinungsbild. Hurghada hat sich dabei zu einem Urlaubsort entwickelt, der sich entlang der Küste erstreckt. Viele weitläufige Tourismusanlagen und neue Mehrfamilienhäuser lehnen sich an orientalische Stilrichtungen an. Nahe der Stadt befindet sich der internationale Flughafen Hurghada.

Die Küsten-Agglomeration von Hurghada, die sich über gut 30 km hinzieht, besteht aus:

dem ursprünglichen Ortskern ad-Dahar (Downtown) im Norden – anfänglich ein Verwaltungsort für die Erdölfelder im Golf von Suez

das südlich davon gelegene Touristengebiet as-Siqala (die meist konsequent verwendete Wegweiserbeschriftung ist El Sekalla)

die sich entlang der Küste daran kettenförmig anschließenden und weit nach Süden erstreckenden Areale der Pauschal- und Luxushotels.

Der Name leitet sich von der Bezeichnung für „Bootssteg“ ab. Einen Hafen gab es hier früher nicht.

Das hohe Touristenaufkommen übertrifft die einheimische Bevölkerung nicht nur in der Hauptsaison um ein Vielfaches.

Hurghada besteht aus drei Stadtteilen: • El Dahhar, die Altstadt, wo noch das typisch ägyptische Leben pulsiert. • Al-Sakkala, ist der touristische Stadtteil mit vielen Hotels, Restaurants und Geschäften. • Al-Ahiaa, nördlich von El Dahar, mit vielen im Bau befindlichen Hotels.

In Hurghada und Umgebung liegen sehr unterschiedliche Hotelanlagen. Vor allem wird geboten: Wassersportmöglichkeiten für Windsurfer, Segler, Hochseeangler, Taucher und Schnorchler an 20 km Stränden mit weißem Sand, die durch Abzäunungen fast nur von den Hotels zugänglich sind. Am Südende der Hotelmeile findet man ein paar leicht zugängliche Korallenriffe, die besten Stellen liegen jedoch vor der Küste.

Gerade in den letzten Jahren wurde verstärkt in den Ausbau der Infrastruktur investiert, derzeit ist der Neubau des Flughafens eines der größten Projekte.

Auch durch viele gut ausgebildete Ärzte und Kliniken ist eine solide medizinische Versorgung gesichert.
