Description

Modern, newly built villa NINA in Makarska, with its heated infinity pool and stunning and breathtaking sea views, overlooking Brač and Hvar islands and Makarska town, is ready for your peaceful and relaxing vacation. This semi detached villa has 250 square meters with additional 120 square meters of landscape, it can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 bedrooms.

The main floor includes a large open-plan fully furnished and equipped kitchen (large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven…) and a spacious dining and living room. At this level there are two outdoor areas. The main outdoor area is the walkout terrace from the living/dining room, leading to a stunning infinity pool. The pool area is provided with lounge chairs and an outdoor shower. Accessible from the kitchen is an outdoor area with BBQ facilities and dinning area.

The first floor features 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Two rooms have terraces which overlook the stunning Adriatic below, whereas the third bedroom boasts beautiful views of the majestic Mount Biokovo. All rooms feature queen size beds, two of them are with built-in closets, one with wardrobe and all of them having beautiful en suite bathrooms with luxurious glazed showers.

Internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there is an open roof terrace with free sea views.

At the top there is an outdoor kitchenette, bathroom and another living room with pull out sofa, and a huge terrace.

This 4 bedroom and 4.5 bathroom house features a heated pool, open roof terrace with amazing views of the Adriatic Sea below, BBQ facilities.

Guests will be able to enjoy this home as if it were their own. With its luxurious amenities, privacy and comfortable and spacious rooms, we are certain Villa NINA is the ideal accommodations for an unforgettable holiday.

The villa also has a large private driveway where up to 4 cars can comfortably park.

As hosts of Villa NINA we prefer to give you as much privacy as possible. We want you to think of the villa as your home for a week. Pool cleaning and sheet changes and other similar technicalities can be discussed upon your arrival as not to interfere with your schedule in the least. We also offer the option of renting a chef for the week, booking excursions or assisting you in anything that could possibly add to your pleasant stay at Villa NINA.

How do damage deposits work?
