NEWER LISTING: Welcome to 3ONE8; a newly remodeled, private home retreat in Manzanita, Oregon.

3ONE8 is the perfect escape for couples and small families who enjoy high end furnishings in a casual and modern setting. Interior amenities include hand scraped acacia hardwood flooring, new kitchen appliances, Ceasarstone counters, Ann Sacks tiled bathroom with walk in shower and heated marble flooring, Grohe plumbing fixtures throughout, Spectrum Cable TV, Wi-Fi, all new furniture and high end finishings throughout. It's hard to find a vacation rental in Manzanita, or on the coast for that matter, that isn't dark, dated or decorated by your grandma.

The interior layout is open while still intimate. Two bedrooms feature brand new queen size beds. Master has LED flat screen with built in DVD player and Spectrum Cable. 2nd bedroom also boasts new queen size bed and both bedrooms feature new wool carpeting. Main living area is dynamite and has terrific flow - it's one big great room with great light and views to the golf course in the back yard. Another TV/DVD is in living area with Spectrum Cable. You also have your own backyard complete with private patio, dining area, fire pit and golf course views.

Our favorite part of staying at 3ONE8? Sipping fresh coffee on the back patio in the morning and watching the birds and squirrels play in the pine trees and watching the golfer's terrible tee shots into the 6th green. Relax and refresh in Manzanita. MCA #598 - #4 ranked Manzanita rental based on Airdna's independent rating system. For advanced reservations we require a two night minimum for weekends and three night minimum for holiday weekends.

Getting around

We're in a prime location as we're just 1.5 blocks to Laneda Ave. and all of its shops and restaurants and about 3.5 blocks to the beach - it's an easy stroll. Yet the property is tucked away on a quiet street with a beautiful and private backyard overlooking the golf course where you'll see bad golfers, birds, an occasional deer and lots of squirrels. Once you park your car - you might not hop in it again until you leave or take a day trip to one of the many local hiking options. You are really able to unwind and relax after you arrive.

Interaction with guest

We're not on site - we use a lock box. However, our maintenance company and house keeper live in Manzanita if anything comes up. Please text me if any concerns arise during your stay or if there are emergencies. And please touch base before your visit if you're looking for any suggestions on "things to do" in the area. Bret

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If BRET (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
