My place is close to Canada's Wonderland, Vaughan Mills, GoTrain Station, Reptilia Zoo, Carpool, NoFrills, Shoppers Drug Mart, Sobeys, LCBO, Banks & Restaurants, Playgrounds and Parks, Lester B. Pearson Airport.. You’ll love my place because of the kitchen, the views, the comfy beds, the high ceilings, the cosiness. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.

This 3,300 sq ft luxury detached two story house located in Great Toronto Area , city of Vaughan, Ontario, Canada is very clean and well equipped. The modern kitchen has everything that you will need. It features high efficiency full stainless steel appliances (fridge, gas, stove, convection oven, dish washer and microwave). Also a toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and mixer available for your cooking needs. You will drink and cook with filtered water, and have lots of cabinets and pantry stocked with many utensils, dishes, glassware and lots of cooking items.

Beautiful dining table seats 8 people. Large living room features the fireplace, leather sofas, and a 50" Flat-screen TV with Cable TV and Netflix. -- for you to enjoy your vacation experience. Also for your business needs there is a separate office space with a huge table, office equipment and country chairs.

The playroom between the first and second floors will get your kids occupied and entertained. 5 separate bedrooms with soft broadloom on the floor, soft mattresses and blankets will allow up to 10 people to sleep at the house. The washer and dryer are available.

The house is air conditioned, well furnished and beautifully decorated. It is appropriate for couples, solo adventures, business travelers, families with children, and big groups. Plus backyard with deck and BBQ maker, with patio table to have your dinner outside. This house has a lots of pot lights and glass chandeliers to brighten your vacation stay.

Parties are prohibited.

No smoking , No big pets are allowed inside the house.

No outdoor shoes inside.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If TANYA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
