Experience a Unique stay in Maple Downtown.Luxury brand new concept home surrounded by mature 30 feet high trees including Christmas tree.My house has 3 story 6 bedrooms 5,5 bathrooms. Sleeps 13 in Beds (Max.16 people).WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM OF 10 GUESTS IN ORDER TO BOOK THE WHOLE HOUSE.

You will enjoy being in the center of the MAPLE HERITAGE DISTRICT close to all the amenities, but hidden in the quiet neighborhood surrounded by greens, and watching the squirrels play.

An incredible feature of my home is proximity to the Go-Train Station, Canada`s Wonderland, Vaughan Metropolitan Subway, Vaughan Mills Plaza, and 4 Major Highways.

My house is full of upgrades, nicely decorated, and IMMACULATELY CLEAN . Spacious newly built wooden deck with BBQ Grill is overlooking the huge Maple Tree on the backyard.

The modern kitchen has everything you need. High Efficiency full stainless steel appliances( fridge, electric stove with convection oven, dish washer and built- in microwave.Also, toaster, kettle, espresso coffee maker, mixer available for your cooking needs,and a Garbage Disposal unit in the kitchen sink. You will have lots of cabinets with pantry,stoked with plenty utensils,dishes,glassware,silverware,

pots and pans drawers and lots of cooking items.

Large living room has a fireplace,comfy leather sofas,huge TV.

Washer and dryer are available.Central vacuum also.

The house is air conditioned, well furnished and beautifully decorated. It is appropriate for couples,solo adventures,business travelers,families with children and big groups.

This house can offer lots of pot-lights and glass chandeliers to brighten up your vacation stay.

Newly Renovated Walk Out Basement 2 Bedroom 2 full Bathroom Apartment has luxury finishes throughout. Absolutely Stunning project!!!

My place has big windows and lots of light an sun inside.

Everything inside is new,including furniture,linen,appliances, decor and even kitchen ware.You will enjoy kitchen cabinet lights and special disco projector on the ceiling.

The newly built interlock allows you to enjoy your BBQ grill on a beautiful patio facing the greens on the backyard and a huge Maple Tree.

3 parking spots are available on the driveway.1 parking spot in the garage.

Parties are prohibited.

No smoking inside.

No outdoor shoes inside.

No pets.

2 Nights min stay.

Please, turn off everything when you leave.

Place garbage into the containers in the garage.

Use Food Garburator in the Kitchen sink to get rid of your cooking scraps.

Above all, Please Enjoy Your Stay!!!

How do damage deposits work?

If TANYA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
