House in Douro-Holiday House Overlooking the River Douro Description of the House: GROUND FLOOR: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher) with independent output and a window of support for the Barbecue;

-Living room-dining: dining room with a table of eight places.

Living room with two three-seat sofas, one of which is a sofa bed. The living room also has a TV with DVD system and fireplace.

Serving in support there is a TOILET.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 Suite: double bed, en-suite rooms with river view;

-Bedroom 1: double bed and views of the river;

-Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and views of the pool;

-1 full bathroom.

Engine room:-Equipped with washing machine.

OTHER FACILITIES:-outside the House has a barbecue, typical wood-burning oven, pool tables and chairs and stunning views over the River Douro.

House with a wonderful view over the Douro River, in a friendly, relaxed and calm where nature reigns.

You can enjoy a magnificent outdoor space with a nice pool surrounded with lawn space for fun or simply relax.

In the colder weather can also enjoy this home in a completely different environment, with a spacious interior where stands out the huge living room with a magnificent and wonderful fireplace that gives a touch of romanticism and cosiness only.

It lies in a region of easy access to classified sites by UNESCO, namely:-the historic centre of Porto – 60 Km- centre of Guimarães – 58 Km; (European Capital of culture-2012);

How do damage deposits work?
