Description

This Victorian home dates back to 1909 and is in the heart of Margaretville village. Minutes away from Roxbury, Bovina and Andes.. Perfect for families or large groups, rent both suites and enjoy the entire house. This four season home is perfect for skiing,(discount packages are available for lift tickets and rentals). You may prefer our fall foliage with plenty of leaf action, or just a lazy summer day doing nothing but rocking on the front porch watching the passerbys. The house is in walking distance to everything in the village of Margaretville including the shops and restaurants.Each suite contains 2 bedrooms/ one bathroom, a living room, dining room, full kitchen that is fully equipped. A gas fireplace for your enjoyment and a hot tub located in the spa area just outside the house. That is a total of 4 bedrooms, two baths, two livings rooms,two dining rooms and two fireplaces.

. A barbecue grill is available on the a patio and a yard located along a stream. Whatever season, there is always something to do in the Catskills

Enjoy all four seasons: hiking biking, fishing, tubing down the Esopus creek, kayaking, tennis , golf, skiing, snowboarding, snow tubing, snow shoeing and many more activities or just do nothing at all except take a stroll along a country path and watch nature at its best.
