Description

The round blue house in Ostfriesland over 3 floors. Make a holiday of a special kind in a special house. The cottage Leuchtturm offers you about 65 m² of living space spread over 3 levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen (including electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, baking pans, dishwasher and washing machine and complete dishes) and the bathroom with shower and toilet. Also iron and ironing board are not missing. The Panorama Teahouse is connected to the lighthouse by a small corridor and has a panoramic window on all four sides, so that a panoramic view of the property is possible. In the tea house is the living / dining area with satellite TV. Free internet access (W-Lan). Also a telephone connection for free discussions into the German fixed net is not missing. On the terrace with the garden furniture belonging to the house you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings on the brick barbecue or you make yourself comfortable on the lawn. On the first floor is the first sleeping area with a double box spring bed. Also in this bedroom we have a satellite TV. From the sleeping berth with a lying area of approx. 1.2 x 2 m between the 1st and 2nd floor you can even look out of the window. In the II. Upstairs is the second bedroom with a double bed. Above the double bed is a small TFT monitor for satellite TV. The house is well equipped with tiled and laminate floors. In the head of the tower on a folding seat 360 ° all-round view. Car and bicycles can be found in the carport. The property is fully fenced and gives mom and dad sometimes the opportunity to relax, since the offspring can not make it out of the dust without permission. In the garden are whirlpool and sauna house which can be used all year round. The use of Whirlpool costs energy costs of 0.35 Euro per consumed kW / h. The sauna is switched on by a coin validator for 4, - € per hour. Bed linen is available on request for 4 € per set available. Sauna house, solarium and outdoor whirlpool are in the garden. The sauna and the hot tub are usually available all year round. Although the sauna and whirlpool are regularly maintained and checked, it can theoretically happen that something breaks. Therefore, we point out that there is no legal claim to sauna and whirlpool. Bicycles can be rented nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

If Hindriks (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
