Apartment 150 meters away from the sea great location on the 2nd floor consists of 2 double rooms for 6 beds 2 large sun terraces 1 bathroom with shower 1 large living room 1 kitchen 1 storeroom. It has satellite TV, refrigerator, washing machine, bed linen and towels, also water, electricity, gas, initial and final cleaning services are offered free of charge to the host and are not part of additional fees to the rental prices. The apartment possesses no form of heating and is therefore not indicated for the winter months. The house is very airy and equipped with comfort and safety standards in the works. Ideal for families with children and especially for those who want peace and relaxation, discover Tuscany and its sea. Ideal in the months of September and October for marine colors and the fragrant fresh salty air and rich in iodine, very suitable for those suffering from respiratory problems or rheumatic or oral. Cecina mare is a great town very crowded in summer and very attractive in the low season where you can balance walks in the woods of pine forest that is attached to, or go cycling having 20 km of cycle track. Even the rental prices are excellent and cheap. The owner of the apartment speaks English and French and will be at your disposal for information on problems or need to visit Tuscany and its cities of art and taste its typical products, gastronomic specialties and wines of the region, addressing you in local and shops by him personally known and guaranteed. I expect many, offering my personal courtesy and friendliness of the fruit of years of experience in tourism.
