Beautiful & comfortable chalet lower level 2 bedrooms, kitchen and dinning room, living room, 2 bathrooms, hot tub, sauna, and swimming pool. 50 Acre forest, pond, river, and a tipi village. Minutes to lakes for canoeing and fishing. Close to beaver valley/Blue Mountain ski for winter and trails/Georgian Bay for summer.

This is a lower apartment and host lives on premise.

The natural beauty of the 50 acre property with trails, pond, river, swimming pool, basketball net and volleyball/badminton field, Foosball table, comfortable beds, kitchen is equipped with combined fridge and freezer, 2 single cook-tops, slice bread toaster, oven toaster, microwave, blender, electrical kettle, coffee maker, washer & drier. There is a BBQ, you just need to bring your skewers and grill baskets.

Property is 5 mins drive to 2 lake, 20 mins to Georgian bay and 15 mins to ski and 30 mins to Blue Mountain village.

A true all season retreat with 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms that can sleep 16 and if you are easy going it could fit up to 20 people using pull out couch, and other L shape couch.

All linen, towels, toiletries and kitchen utensils and some basic spices and sauces are provided. What you pay also includes the cleaning fees, waste and garbage management, all other part of the property maintenance.

Hot Tub, wood stove heated Sauna, BBQ, Wifi, kitchen equipped with 2 single cooktops, combined fridge and freezer, a small oven toaster, slice bread toaster, microwave, coffee maker, electrical kettle and other small appliances some basic spices and sauce such as salt, pepper, garlic and onion powder, ketchup, mustard, oil, cooking utensils, pots and pans and serving dishes, cups, glasses, washer, drier, and dining area.

1.5 bathrooms with toiletries, living room with sleeping caved in corner for 3 and pull out couch for 2 more and 2 more bedrooms one with 2 queen bunk beds and 2 twin bunk beds the other with 2 queen beds and 3 twin beds, Foosball, picnic table, outdoor table and chairs, trails, river, pond, outdoor game fields, Bonfire purchase firewood here or bring your own.

You will have an access to the in ground swimming pool, which gets quite deep at some places and as the entrance to the accommodation is near the pool we will put it simply: once you book our accommodation all the safety concerns in regards to swimming or injuries resulting from some sort of play within the water - all of these will be your responsibility and we will not supervise you or any members of your group. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Nikol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
