Khamkirri means 'place of the leopard', that sounds exactly as the experience will be: unforgettable and exciting! Exciting yes, because what comes out of the bush? Is that a Giraffe? Kudu or …… ..? Especially in the evening when you sit on the porch enjoying a drink, cracking the bush is a great experience. How about enjoying the splash pool on the veranda overlooking the bush! In addition to the animals that regularly visit the garden, the villa has a view of the river of the Kruger Park, where the lions drink and so there is always something to experience. Kruger Park is very close so you can experience all sounds from the veranda. The park is very easy to visit from the villa, the entrance is proverbial almost around the corner (approx. 20 minutes drive from the villa). Khamkirri is a detached (self catering) holiday villa, built in African style (an original bush house) with a traditional thatched roof. The holiday villa consists of 2 buildings, built on a surface area of more than 2000 m2. From the verandas you have a view of the Crocodile River and the Kruger Park, the fence of which is about 150 meters from our villa. The villa has its own network with a fast WIFI reception, available 24/7 FREE! The villa is ideal for a larger family or group! There are no fewer than 8 sleeping places, 4 of which are in a separate building so that each can create its own space if desired. The villa itself consists of a spacious living room and a modern open kitchen with all modern conveniences. On the ground floor there is also the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a bath / hip bath, separate shower, toilet and a sink with 2 sinks. Everything beautifully finished in African style. The bedroom has lots of cupboard space and an air conditioner and a fan. On the upper floor there is a spacious bedroom that also has an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom consists of a shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. The bedroom has air conditioning and a fan. On the upper floor there is a spacious veranda and lounge area. There is a relax corner where you can relax. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor of the annex. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, each with a shower, sink and toilet. The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning and fans. On the top floor you can easily retreat if you need some privacy, also here is a seat with a small kitchen unit and fridge. In addition to all the comfort and luxury inside, there is also much to experience outside. First of all, we have a separate outdoor dining area. This is somewhat shielded so that you can eat quietly here, suitable for both breakfast, lunch, and for dinner. Especially for dinner, we also have a separate section for the braai (African BBQ) with outside kitchen (with sink and water connection), so that cooking outside becomes a breeze! This way you can enjoy a nice barbecue together in the middle of the bush! Do not feel like cooking? Even that is an option in Marloth park, where there are several wonderful restaurants. Villa Khamkirri has 2 complete golf sets available for guests! A deposit of € 125 is requested. Also, € 30 must be paid for the final cleaning. “Comfortabele vakantie in Villa Khamkirri”

We hebben met 4 personen in totaal 9 nachten in villa Khamkirri, Marloth park, verbleven. Het is een comfortabel huis dat veel ruimte biedt voor in totaal 8 personen. De villa is voorzien van alle gemakken zoals: 4 mooie grote slaapkamers met elk een eigen complete badkamer. Zeer ruime keuken met 2 ovens, groot fornuis, magnetron, vaatwasser, grote koelkast en vriezer. Ruime veranda met splash pool waarin het heerlijk genieten is om onder genot van een drankje diverse dieren voorbij te zien trekken. Geregeld hebben we impala’s, zebra’s, giraffen, aapjes, kudu’s aardvarkens, diverse mooie vogels en andere dieren in de tuin en rondom de veranda gehad. Heerlijk om ’s-Avonds op de veranda te zitten en dan de geluiden te horen van brullende leeuwen of nijlpaarden die in het aangrenzende Kruger Park bij de crocodile river rond lopen. Het is een perfecte locatie om regelmatig het Kruger Park te bezoeken waarvan de ingang op ongeveer 15 minuten rijden ligt. We werden, voorafgaand aan onze reis, door de eigenaren ruimschoots voorzien van allerlei informatie. Deze informatie is tevens in een map bij de villa vastgelegd. Ook het advies van de eigenaren omtrent autohuur was geweldig en de korting werd bij thuiskomst binnen 3 dagen op onze rekening overgemaakt. De ontvangst door de houskeepers was ook prima geregeld en bij een tweetal probleempjes waren ze direct bereikbaar en behulpzaam. Wij hebben er een fantastische vakantie gehad en hebben bij diverse vrienden en kennissen deze villa al geadviseerd.

Exceptional site very close to Crocodile river and its view over Kruger Park. Lots of animals in the garden and along the river ( all but leopard) The 2 houses are very clean and equipped with all equipment and appliances necessary for a memorable stay with friends or family. We stayed 17 days .

Het huis is fantastisch. Mooie grote slaapkamers. Erg fijn dat er bij elke slaapkamer een aparte badkamer is. Het was heerlijk om 's avonds op de veranda te zitten. Er komen zoveel verschillende dieren bij je op bezoek. De locatie is goed. De routebeschrijving, welke wij voor onze vakantie ontvangen hadden was prima. De navigatie in de auto hadden wij daardoor niet nodig. De ligging is ook geweldig. Voor de vakantie hadden wij veel tips gekregen over verschillende bezienswaardigheden en deze tips waren stuk voor stuk waardevol. Door de tips hebben wij alle mooie plekjes in de omgeving gezien. Al deze tips zijn opgeschreven in een map, welke in het huis aanwezig was. Ook de housekeepers zijn de gehele vakantie goed bereikbaar geweest, dit was handig, zodat we dingen konden vragen over het huis.
