PRIVATIZE THIS SPLENDID CONTEMPORARY RIAD in the heart of the medina of Marrakech, riad KADA KADA opens its doors. An original and decadent riad, with a resolutely modern architecture, with clean and uncluttered lines, or inside and outside are confused. The Moroccan spirit is represented only by the tranquility of its patio, a peaceful refuge in the heart of the Medina. It consists of a large living room, fully open, overlooking a private pool and beach lined with banana trees, palm trees and birds of paradise. On the floor two big rooms with room of water and privatory toilets. The roof is also furnished, like another refuge, open to the sky, defying the Moroccan sun or "beds" and sofas are waiting for you around a pool. At the bottom of the patio nestles the kitchen, refuge of Naima who if you wish you will prepare authentic traditional dishes, we offer BREAKFAST 5 € AND BREAKFAST 11 €. Riad KADA KADA also has a third dirty water and toilet on the ground floor. A BIG PARKING WITH GUARDIAN for your car is located two minutes from the riad. The riad is located near the museum of Marrakech, near the excellent restaurant "Foundouk" and the museum of photography. We also offer a rate for two people also benefiting from the privatized riad, THIS RATE INCLUDES THE UTISATION OF ONE ROOM OF THE RIAD. If two people wish to occupy each room a supplement is provided, the price will be equivalent to the option LOCATION FOR THREE PEOPLE on this site. IMPORTANT, Riad KADA KADA is rented exclusively to couples, families, people wishing to respect the culture, religion and morals of the country. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gildas (the owner) a message.

If Gildas (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
