If you are looking for authenticity, then Riad Zara will satisfy you ... Riad Zara is my house that I have great 'pleasure in sharing; located somewhere in the Medina, it's Guesthouse Official since 2004 A house in a house, a riad comfortably restored Bab Aylen, one of the last authentic districts of the old city, Riad Zara is like an oasis immersed in life any color of the Medina. After wandering the narrow and bustling streets, since many cats in the streets, your astonishment will be totally justified! Behind the blue door wide Riad Zara, entry crossed the sweet sound of the fountain, you are welcomed in the patio, in the middle, a plunge pool (jacuzzi mistaken ...). Ceramics and mosaics, frescoes plaster, doors "zouaquées" wrought iron ... Welcome On order: breakfast (from 8:15 to 9:15) and the meals we enjoy prepare. All rooms open onto the patio - 2 bedrooms and 1 suite on the ground floor (depending on the season: with fan or gas heating) - 2 on the first floor superior suites (with reversible air-conditioning 19h to 9). - 1 suite with private terrace space. At the top, climb to discover the city from the terraces where you will find the shade, partial shade and sun ... But where is the famous Djema El Fnaa? in front ... by walking, 15 minutes to reach, 15 minutes to soak up the daily lives of people in our neighborhood, surprise you many things ... ask you, amuse you a lot ... Please note that Yala, our cat present throughout the house. I also live on site and no full privatization of the house is possible. Only the availability of rooms and common areas are included in our rates. No person other than yourself is authorized to enter Riad Zara. With the exception of mineral water, it is forbidden to introduce food and drink inside Riad Zara; If tour or activities reserved for yourselves, thank you to indicate your phone number if the organizer needs to reach you. Your home will be provided by the owner or a person of their choice; A presence is ensured 24x24 hours booking our shuttle service, you have the opportunity to get to Riad Zara whatever the time of day. Without this precaution, our hours CHECK IN (toll free) are from 17 to 19pm daily; 17h before and after 19h fresh 5 to 10 € per booking. On arrival, we will present our equipment, the area and the different activities that we can implement (guided tour, day tour, spa with steam room bookings etc ...) Air conditioning and electric heating (rooms to floor) free from 19h to 9h; outside these hours, pricing is 3 € / hour

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Monique (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
